Especially, by practicing the method of familiarizing oneself with seeing one's own appearance during the day and visualizing the pure land of manifestation in one's heart at night, the force of non-virtue will be weakened, the key to the manifestation of the self-nature manifestation from the gate of spontaneous accomplishment, and the blessing of the truth of Dharma-nature, one will be able to grasp the appearance of the bardo. At that time, abandoning self-grasping in the bardo, visualizing the pure lands of manifestation in the ten directions in one's mind, and generating a strong desire to go there, in an instant, one will be born in a lotus in that pure land. As it is said in the "Union of Sun and Moon Sutra": "For those with the lowest faculties who see this, the bardo itself will be transformed, or why will it not appear? What the teacher said will appear, the habit of self-grasping will be exhausted, the breath will come out in the self-nature manifestation, without the bardo, one will attain Buddhahood." Thus it is said. The arrangement of that pure land will be explained below. All those who are born in the self-nature manifestation will become the last existence Bodhisattva, therefore, by listening to the Dharma from the self-manifested Sambhogakaya Buddha, one will realize the truth, without the bardo, one will attain Buddhahood in the primordial pure land.
