Chapter Thirteen Chapter Thirteen Thus, having well understood the nature of the ground and the path, the ultimate fruition, body and wisdom, is not born from others; the defilements of the base are purified, and mind and mental events are the peace of the dharmadhatu. Wherever the appearance of the ground stirs from the ground, the clinging to self, the habitual tendencies, the clinging to the aspects of knowable objects, the eight aggregates of accumulation, like clouds, are completely purified. The sun of wisdom, without obscurations, shines brightly as its own nature. Having abandoned the adventitious stains along with their parts, it is the supreme reality of enlightenment, possessing two purities. In the realm of the primordial Buddha, without aspiration, like the full moon, outward-shining with elaboration. Like the part of emptiness dissolving into the realm, it is always non-conceptual, the nature of reality, without change. The unchanging vajra body of the realm's permanence, the supreme peaceful realm of all aspects. Although all the qualities such as powers are attained, the manifest aspect is not mixed with the essence. Measured from the aspect of abandonment and realization, it is the body of manifest enlightenment. The activity of the mind ceases in the realm of knowable objects. The conventional appearance of clinging to the knowing mind is abandoned. Individual self-awareness does not fall into the extremes of permanence or annihilation. The subtle wisdom that is not obscured in absorption is the basis of the unobstructed knowing aspect, body, and wisdom. It is seen by those who are exceedingly equipoised. That which is called the peaceful dharmakaya is the realm of the victors, known individually. Not one, not many, beyond things and non-things, non-conceptual like space, without attachment, transformation, or the peace of elaboration. Beyond the realm of speech, gathered by the ultimate truth, it cannot be expressed by reasoning, terms, or concepts. Because it contradicts mind, intention, and examples, it is not even the object of enjoyment for the lords of the ten bhumis. It is the state that is directly realized by the guides. Within the beautiful chamber of the deep, peaceful, youthful vase, all the Buddhas of the three times constantly abide, yet from the aspect of form, one does not see another. In the realm of self-nature, free from elaboration, there is one sphere of intention. From the self-clarity of the unobstructed knowing aspect, the compassionate, outward-shining sambhogakaya, with its place, time, teacher, dharma, and retinue. Possessing the five certainties, body, and pure land, the nature of the ocean of names, qualities, and marks, the place is the spontaneously perfect, densely arrayed Akanishta. The rays of the five wisdoms shine brightly, the space.

Like being covered with a scepter, when pressed, it softens, and when lifted, it swells, the immeasurable palace has four beautiful door frames. It has eight horse legs and is built with five wisdoms. It has a half-netted eave with arrow shafts and ornaments. It regards pashmina as a wish-fulfilling jewel, with wide-open eyes. It has bliss-emptiness offering clouds, joyfully swaying. It is adorned with banners, parasols, victory banners, and jewel tops. It has brocade curtains and a beautifully decorated clean room. The width and length of the lips are invisible, and wherever you look, it is the same. The number cannot be exhausted, like the sky becoming a container. Inside each immeasurable palace that serves as a basis, the thrones of the five main deities that are relied upon are, having robbers, double drinkers, and turmeric players. Shang Shang Te'u, above the lotus, sun, and moon, the basis of the three times is complete, the time of Samantabhadra, the five teachers with complete marks and signs, free from change, Vairochana, Akshobhya, Vajradhara, Ratnasambhava, Amoghasiddhi, possessing thousands of rays of light, together with their respective consorts, reside as the great lords of the seven unions. Emanating from themselves are the retinues of heroes and heroines. The four gatekeepers and their respective consorts, the wheel of the Dharma of the Great Perfection of inherent nature, turns beyond the realm of sound, words, and signs. The upper floor is the place of peaceful bodhichitta. Among the forty-two peaceful deities, the two sacred scales are the basis of emanation. Because they pervade everything, they are the Dharmakaya. The six vidyadhara youths who accomplish the benefit of beings in the respective realms of the six paths are manifestations of emanation. In the Sambhogakaya realm of self-appearance, there are thirty-four deities, with ten main deities and twenty-four surrounding deities. The deities who purify the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are the great mandala of the three pure realms. These illusion networks, unions, etc., the complete body mandala from the unsurpassed tantras, are the same as all the teachings and purity. The lower floor is the palace where the great assembly gathers. It is a blazing palace with nine inner and outer levels. Outside the nine-layered portico is the cause and effect. Inside the central palace with double horse-landing steps, on the vajra great rock with a thousand-petaled lotus, the powerful couple of skillful means and wisdom, sun and moon, are, above the twenty-one, the fierce and wrathful tiger. Bhairava lion, cruel leopard, and wrathful bear, powerful elephant, and majestic buffalo are held by
