Thus he advised. Second, in order to make the composition meaningful, the conclusion is made through dedication and aspiration: Thus, the great drum of Dharma, like Brahma, on the cheeks of the daughters of the directions, The sound that is struck is not of ordinary nature, but the power of the compassion of the two wisdoms. The interdependent arising that is manifestly clear, composed of the sounds of names, words, and letters, This treatise is the rising sun that illuminates the Vajra Essence teachings. 1 Strong attachment that increases habitual tendencies by imputing concepts onto nominal texts, It is not the arrogant fragrant wind, nor the sound of a flute or ornament. It is the spontaneous manifestation of the power of sudden realization, from the vast space of the treasury of space, The inexhaustible treasure trove of nectar of pith instructions that bursts forth is the kindness of Padmasambhava. 2 The essential points of the extremely difficult-to-understand pith instructions are tightly wrapped in hidden clouds, The dense obscurations, after being completely dispelled by the fragrant wind of my wisdom, The sky of meaning that is non-dual space and wisdom, without error, appears. Those who follow me, and those who understand this meaning, see it as it is, and abandon hesitation. 3 Because the elephant of great wisdom power is asleep, there is disrespect for those who view the scriptures, With the staggering steps of solitary practice alone, the true meaning cannot be grasped. The luminous accomplishment of proclaiming the interdependent arising of phenomena as Dharma is greatly diminished in splendor. Awakening the embers of the Great Perfection teachings is the power of the blessing of the lineage descending. On the vast ground of the source of Dharma of the causal vehicle, The determination of the nine stages, wonderfully adorned steps. The heart essence pith instructions of the wheel of Dharma. The discriminator. Such a phantasmagorical stupa is built by the yogi. 5 The words and meanings, examples, are generously given without omission, Extremely pleasing to the ears of those who desire liberation. Acting in accordance with the meaning of space, and in accordance with the meaning, The small bell of the four means of gathering is rung. 6 The Vajra Mind that benefits the teachings and beings, From the space free from elaboration, profound treatises arise. Having the wheel that transforms into the path of enlightenment. This is the Dharma that is virtuous in the beginning, middle, and end. 7 Possessing a water treasury of numerous teachings, vast and boundless, Possessing a treasure trove of precious jewels of pure realization. For the guide of those who seek liberation, It is the pure and excellent path, please listen respectfully.

Me. 8. To this ocean of the Three Roots and oath-bound ones, and to gods, demigods, yakshas, humans, and non-humans, may all who protect the white side also cast their joyful gaze. May the joyful feast of movement be accomplished, free from doubt. 9. Why is it that the profound and vast Dharma teachings, the essential key points, are unmistakenly and manifestly realized, and then spoken accordingly? Such a one is a practitioner of Samantabhadra's conduct in all realms of experience. 10. Represented by this, may the streams of pure white virtue and merit, dedicated by Samantabhadra and Manjushri the Youth, purify the three spheres for all sentient beings in the ocean of omniscience. 11. Wherever beings dwell in the world, may the tree of happiness and the complete wealth of the gods flourish without effort, and from its summit, may they sing the profound song of the generation and completion stages. 13. May the gardens of Thori be lush and dense everywhere, and through the magical play of the joyful consorts of the two accumulations, the nectar of the four ripening empowerments, and the power that accompanies them, may the consciousness of all sentient beings enter the city of nirvana, liberated effortlessly from the hand of the nature of reality, like an illusion, in the ocean of existence that is extremely difficult to cross. 14. If this is examined, it is inexpressible and without characteristics. If examined very closely, it transcends the limits of existence and non-existence. If left in its own place, all elaborations are pacified. May we realize the profound state of reality as it is. 15. Just as mirage water deceives wild animals, may all conceptualizations that grasp what is non-existent as existent, and all mental fabrications that view what is existent as non-existent, be purified into the innate nature beyond intellect. 16. The meaning of the Great Perfection, the self-existing luminosity, is the nature of reality of primordial enlightenment. May we preserve the uncontrived way of being, free from elaboration, without being obstructed by artificiality, since it is pure from the beginning. 17. What is the use of looking when there is no view? What is the use of meditating when the mind of grasping arises from emptiness? May we attain the kingdom of effortless freedom, without binding the natural flow with contrived effort. 18. May we preserve the state of stainless awareness, without grasping at the empty forms that arise in the wheel of appearances, the interplay of the elements of the channels, energies, and mind, or the experiences of clarity and bliss as something marvelous. 19. May the face of the Dharmakaya, liberated from the realm of the alaya, the mind of enlightenment that transcends coming and going, increase and decrease, rest in the unwavering, innate
