Since these were not clearly written, searching for evidence can only be done in this way. The five renovations of Samye Monastery were different each time, sometimes with non-human footprints of an elbow's length appearing, and many other uncertain sizes, which everyone considered to be a common achievement. Therefore, in historical documents such as the Tang Dynasty Chronicles, it was easier to find accurate records. After that, according to the rules of the Sarvastivada school, seven aspirants were ordained, laying the foundation for the sacred Vinaya. Great Indian scholars such as Vimalamitra were invited, as well as Buddhasamgupta, Vimalasimha, and others. There were also hundreds of Tibetan translators such as Ba Gor Vairocana, Ma Rinchen Chok, Jnanakumara, and Ka Gok Zhang Sum, who translated the Tripitaka, and the six or four classes of Tantras (the classification method is disputed), as well as their commentaries and many other Dharma teachings, and verified them with the three wisdoms. The great master established eight great practice centers in places such as Samye Chimpu, and translated and taught many Vajrayana tantras and sadhanas, taking the famous king and subjects twenty-five as representatives, and taking care of the fortunate individuals. Meditation centers were established in Yerpa and Chimpu, and many people who could walk in the sky appeared. The flourishing of the Dharma at that time, it is said, did not even occur in India, according to Jevo Dipamkara. Trisong Detsen's son, Sangye Lek Maje Yon, also known as Muné Tsenpo, gave the highest respect to his father's monasteries and all the translators and pandits. He built the Gyalsé Karchung Dorje Ying's temple, and also translated scriptures that had not been translated before. He was a great benefactor who allowed all Tibetan people to rest in the shade of happiness and well-being. He had unwavering faith in the second Buddha of Oddiyana, took care of them with profound and vast teachings, and left documents such as his will at the time of his death at Gungtang Lakha. From the five princes, namely Ri, Tsangma, Lhaje, Lhundrup, and Darnga, to Tri Ralpachen, who manifested as the illusion of the great and holy Avalokiteśvara, he took control of the government. Many Indian and Nepalese pandits were also invited, and Khenpo Jinamitra of Nyo, as well as translators such as Ka Gok, were invited to gather.

The Dharma translated during the time of the ancestors, relying on various languages such as Oddiyana, Nepal, and China, those that were difficult to integrate into Tibetan and remained as they were, were determined with new terminology by referring to the Chinese versions of the translators in the central region. The monasteries built by the ancestors were served with reverence, and the tradition of teaching and practice was very prevalent. For example, the Lhakhang of Jangdo, the foundation of three floors is stone, the middle three floors are brick, and the upper three floors are made of wood. Each floor is beautified with bird wings, doors, and decorations. The Chinese-style roof on top, with a wind-powered mechanical device that rotates like an umbrella, built such wonderful structures that are comparable to magic. Because of great respect for the Dharma, offering seven households of subjects to each monk, etc., in short, it is a strong foundation of the Dharma. The white banner of the so-called Dharma King Ancestors, even the meditators at the top of the government, allowed them to be accompanied by the fragrance-laden horses that are close to feelings, etc., with faith and rejoicing thoughts, able to be placed in a vast gathering, possessing such activities. The root of aspiration is firm, the majesty of compassion is great, the treasure of faith is rich, the sharpness of diligence is keen, the act of benefiting others is complete, the lifeline of aspiration is stable, the branches of activity are lush, the shade of benefit and happiness is abundant, protecting from the heat of afflictions, leading us snowlanders to the steps of liberation and omniscience. We should contemplate in every way the kindness of these great beings who lead us to liberation. We should also pay homage to those holy beings who regard the Dharma as the lifeline and do not associate with the evil motives of belittling the holy Dharma and holy people. Thus, the nursery of benefit and happiness for all beings, the clouds trampled by evil wishes, in the hearts of Langdarma, Zidunzan, and other rulers and ministers, were violently stirred with a strong guardian tree, killing the ruler Relpachen, destroying the lotus garden where translators and pandits gathered, monks were stripped of their robes, some were forced to become hunters, most of the scriptures were hidden in the rocks of Lhasa, some were burned or sunk in water, the two Jowo Shakya statues
