从金刚至吉祥天母，以及大地之精华秤轮之所依，进行祈请。 此外，由尊者您的心传弟子，精通五明之自在者，妙音善慧贤士（འཇམ་དབྱངས་ལེགས་པའི་བློ་གྲོས།）也以恳切之言语进行劝请。 如是，由尊者上师您之深恩厚德，以独特之方式进行守护，且对于无宗派之教法由衷敬重之具德者无尽慧（བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།）之僧团，以外内密之传记根本文句，以及外传记根本目录，皆以尊者仁波切您亲自赐予者为基础。 听闻记录与圆寂后修供圆满等之文字种类进行简要汇集。 清净显现等，从口中亲自听闻次第之笔记，将彼等汇集一处而为之。 因年事已高且学识迟钝，于言辞之组合虽无令具慧者欢喜之智慧，然于所言之义，远离增损之边且无错谬之迷乱，故祈请尊者之教言，祈请诸位智者大德依此，以圆满之语句组合，清晰且广大地进行阐述。 此亦于自身年届八十一岁之水蛇年黑月（水蛇年应为藏历，具体年份需查对藏历表），于草形珍宝岩之修行处，普贤大乐光明洲所书写之文字。 书写者为具五明智慧之善知识噶玛扎西曲培（ཀརྨ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཆོས་འཕེལ།），如若有泄露秘密等过失，于上师空行护法等之前忏悔。 愿此善根使无边无际之有情众生，皆速疾获得具德上师一切智智之果位。 萨尔瓦塔芒嘎拉嘎拉雅尼巴瓦图。（梵文罗马拟音：Sarva thā maṅgala kālyāṇi bhavantu，一切吉祥圆满）。 嗡 斯瓦斯帝。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།，梵文天城体：ॐ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！） 为使胜者之教法延续至末世，从愿文誓句中及时觉醒，于无偏无党赐予利乐之殊胜者，顶礼至尊上师大悲之宝藏。 能够如实宣说其传记之我，唯有语自在之大士方能胜任，开启功德大海之宝藏，此语之甘露乃具缘者心中之滋养。 知晓此理后，为于具信之人，开启解脱之大门，施予印刷之方便，愿吉祥于生生世世增长，愿四众皆善。

From Vajra to the auspicious goddess, and with the support of the essence of the earth, the balance wheel, I urge you. Furthermore, by the heart-disciple of the Lord himself, the master of the five sciences, Jamyang Lekpai Lodro, I am urged with strong words. Thus, by the great kindness of the Lord Lama himself, uniquely protected and with heartfelt respect for the non-sectarian teachings, the community of Kusali Lodro Taye, based on the root verses of the outer, inner, and secret biographies, and the root list of the outer biography, which were personally bestowed by the Lord Rinpoche himself, I have briefly compiled the types of writings such as hearing records and the manner of accomplishing the completion of intentions after his passing. I have gathered together the notes of the order in which I actually heard the pure visions, etc., from his mouth, and have done so because I am old and my knowledge is dull. Although there is no wisdom in the collection of words that pleases the discerning, there is no exaggeration in the meaning of what is said, and there is no confusion of errors. Therefore, I pray that the learned and accomplished ones, relying on this, will clearly and extensively elaborate with a perfect combination of verses. This was also written in the black month of the water snake year, when I turned eighty-one years old, at the practice place of the Grass-like Jewel Rock, Kunzang Dechen Odsel Ling. The one who spread it into a written form is the virtuous friend Karma Tashi Chöpel, who possesses the wisdom of the five sciences. If there are any faults such as revealing secrets, I confess before the Lama, Dakini, and Dharma Protectors. May this virtue cause all limitless sentient beings to quickly attain the state of the glorious Lama, the All-Knowing One. Sarva thā maṅgala kālyāṇi bhavantu. (Sanskrit Romanization: Sarva thā maṅgala kālyāṇi bhavantu, Literal Chinese meaning: All auspicious and virtuous things happen.) Om Swasti. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ स्वस्ति, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, auspicious!) In order to prolong the teachings of the Victorious One to the end of time, from the awakening of the aspiration vows in time, to the supreme giver of benefit and happiness without partiality, I bow to the Lord Lama, the treasure of compassion. The one who can explain his biography as it is, only the great lord of speech is fit for this, opening the treasure of the ocean of qualities, this nectar of speech is the nourishment of the fortunate one's mind. Knowing this, for the faithful, to open the great door of liberation, the miracle of printing is given, may auspiciousness increase in all lifetimes, may the four assemblies be virtuous.

建成广大的王国。 宣扬上师功德的福报， 以任何方式都无法摧毁的伟大善业， 愿此荣耀使具信施主为主的 所有相关者必定以善而生活。 从慈悲的虚空中，加持如阳光般， 进入有缘信心的莲池中， 以行持善道，与时节的喜宴， 一同增长教法和众生的圆满。 如是，由并非口头上的，而是具有真正信敬的德格（Sde-dge）总管扎西次培（Bkrashis Tshe-'phel）供养，并依靠上师本人的侄子苏巴嘎（Su-bha-ga）的资助，圆满完成，对此至极欢喜并随喜的智慧所生之善。愿吉祥！ 与任何高低之人都不共通的秘密传记。

From the sky of compassion, the light of blessings like the sun, Entering the lotus pond of faith of the fortunate, By practicing the path of goodness, with the feast of the times, May the perfection of the teachings and beings increase together. Thus, offered by Trashi Tshepel (Bkrashis Tshe-'phel), the general manager of Derge (Sde-dge), who possesses not just lip service but genuine faith and respect for the venerable Guru himself, and relying on the support of Subhaga (Su-bha-ga), the nephew of the Guru himself, it is perfectly completed. May the virtue arising from the wisdom of utmost joy and rejoicing in this be auspicious! A secret biography uncommon to anyone, high or low.
