愿吉祥圆满！以此善行，愿一切众生，圆满福德智慧二资粮，愿获得从福德智慧所生的，二种胜妙位。受持菩萨戒并发愿，广发《普贤行愿品》等愿文。总之，最后合掌，祈请三十五尊如来等，诸佛菩萨垂念我。我以至诚恭敬顶礼，忏悔罪业，发愿回向所有功德，愿以父母为首的自他一切众生，所有罪障、业障及习气皆得清净，愿功德前往佛刹之后，再次降临。念诵“班杂目（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्रमु，梵文罗马拟音：vajramu，汉语字面意思：金刚目）”遣迎。伟大中的至伟大，无上导师，在世间的怙主，以法王尼玛嘉瓦的加持力，愿魔和魔类，以及一切损害之敌皆平息，愿吉祥永远安住，日夜吉祥！法性真谛，无上之法，以甘露妙法真谛的加持力，愿烦恼痛苦煎熬之敌皆平息，愿吉祥永远安住，日夜吉祥！功德圆满，珍宝光芒四射的僧众，以利益众生的菩萨们的真谛加持力，愿远离过失，善妙之聚增长广大，愿吉祥永远安住，日夜吉祥！以梵天、帝释天和护法神的加持力，愿利益之神常住吉祥，愿一切善愿如意成就，愿长寿无病，具足安乐！愿外器世界充满财富，愿有情众生以安乐和十善而生活，愿一切众生进入殊胜大乘道，迅速获得菩提之吉祥！如是等诵吉祥祈愿文，并散花如雨。为了那些不能完整念诵仪轨的人，持明咒者、金刚持者秋珠嘉波所著，曼殊高沙略作增补润色。此版本存于德钦日苏（བདེ་ཆེན་རི་སུལ，意为大乐山谷，在今四川甘孜藏族自治州一带）。愿一切吉祥！

May auspiciousness and prosperity come! Through this virtue, may all beings complete the accumulations of merit and wisdom, and may they attain the two supreme states arising from merit and wisdom. Take the Bodhisattva vows and make aspirations. Extensively recite aspiration prayers such as the "Bhadrakalpika Sutra." In any case, finally, with palms joined, I beseech the Sugatas, the thirty-five, and all the victorious ones and their sons to consider me. I prostrate with utmost reverence, confess all sins, and dedicate all merits. Through this power, may all beings, beginning with my parents, be cleansed of all sins, obscurations, and habitual tendencies. May merit go to the Buddha-fields and then return again. Recite "Vajramu" to request departure and return. The greatest of the great, the supreme teacher, the unsurpassed lord of the world, by the blessings of Dharma King Nyima Gyalwa, may all demons and obstructing forces, and all enemies of harm, be pacified, and may auspiciousness always abide, day and night! The truth of Dharma-nature, the supreme Dharma, by the blessings of the truth of the nectar-like Dharma, may all enemies of afflictions, suffering, and torment be pacified, and may auspiciousness always abide, day and night! The Sangha, whose qualities are complete, whose jewel-like splendor shines forth, by the blessings of the truth of the bodhisattvas who benefit beings, may faults be removed, and may the assemblies of virtue increase and expand. May auspiciousness always abide, day and night! By the blessings of Brahma, Indra, and the Dharma protectors, may the auspiciousness of the gods who benefit beings abide, may all virtuous wishes be fulfilled as desired, and may we be endowed with long life, health, and happiness! May the outer world be filled with the wealth of glory, may all beings live in happiness and be sustained by the ten virtues, may all enter the supreme path of the Great Vehicle, and may they quickly attain the auspiciousness of enlightenment! Thus, recite auspicious prayers and scatter flowers like rain. For the sake of those who cannot complete the elaborate rituals, this was written by the mantra-holder, Vajra-holder Chokdrup Gyalpo, and slightly embellished by Manjushrikosha.
