If specifically practicing the longevity practice, from the heart of Amitabha, the lord of the family at the crown of the head, rays of light emanate in the ten directions, restoring one's life force, all deteriorations, and all the life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities of the three paths of samsara and nirvana are gathered into the begging bowl in his hand. From this, a stream of unequaled immortal wisdom nectar arises. Guru Thotrengtsal, father and mother, enter from the crown of the head, pass through the union point, and enter from the Brahma aperture at the crown of one's own head, filling the entire body. All untimely death and its imprints are purified and cleansed, and the accomplishment of immortal life and wisdom is obtained. At the end of the session, take the path empowerment: At the end of the supplication, the guru and retinue above the crown of the head, dissolve into light in the form of immortal nectar, pervading one's body, purifying disease, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations, obtaining the four empowerments, planting the seeds of the four kayas, ultimately realizing the mind's own purity, the Dharmakaya, the spontaneously accomplished, luminous, playful Sambhogakaya, the coemergent, liberated, simultaneous Nirmanakaya, undifferentiated, unfabricated, beholding the face of primordial nature. Thus, recite. Moreover, the nectar from the deities at the crown of the head dissolving into light fills the three channels and four chakras of oneself visualized as the Great Powerful Heruka, making the deities of the father-mother body mandala even more clear, generating conviction in the illusory-like deity appearance, this is the path of the vase empowerment. Maintaining the bodily posture, expelling impure air, holding gentle kumbhaka breath as much as possible in each chakra, this is the path of the secret empowerment. Based on this, thinking that the wisdom of the four joys is born, this is the path of the wisdom empowerment. All of this does not stray from the naked, clear, instantaneous nature, this is the fourth empowerment.
