Then scatter the medicine with your thumb and forefinger. In the pure Dharmadhatu, the spontaneously accomplished palace, to the perfect Buddha, the King of Medicine, I offer this supreme nectar medicine offering. Please grant supreme and common siddhis. To the wise ones such as Chang Shi Bu, the young healer Nagarjuna, the feet of the hero, the accomplished ones such as Da Ga, Trisong Detsen (742-797), Tra Ngon Yuthok Gonpo, the group of wise men, Jue Xian Xiangzi, etc., to the lineage of wise doctors, I offer the essence of nectar medicine. After blessing the medicine by reciting the Medicine Buddha's dharani and the heart of dependent arising, finally, diseases caused by wind, diseases caused by bile, diseases caused by phlegm, diseases caused by a combination of causes, may all diseases be destroyed, and may all beings always be happy. May all sentient beings who are sick quickly be liberated from illness. May all the diseases of beings never arise again.
