(藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་ཐཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ā thā，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿 塔。) The accomplished nectar dispels the suffering of sentient beings, like the embodiment of the actions of the one possessing the ten powers. Wherever it appears, I prostrate to the jewel of medicine, and briefly write about its benefits and methods of use. Thereupon, the great teacher Ngag gi Wangchuk Drakpa said: "Accomplished mantras and medicines, etc., immediately believing in them, eliminate the Lord of Death. Jewels, mantras, and accomplished medicines, and the power of elixirs, one sees oneself suppressing the other shore of the Lord of Death, just like a realized vidyadhara." Also, "Since the power of jewels, it is not appropriate to doubt, everyone believes that jewels possess inconceivable power." Also, "In this world, whatever other things there are, if mantras cannot accomplish it, it does not exist. For those with true faith and diligence, mantras are like wish-fulfilling jewels." Also, "Regarding the power of medicines, it is not appropriate to doubt, because the effectiveness of medicines is universally seen as inconceivable." As praised extensively, like the essence being precious jewels, and the accomplished mercury that is the best of all elixirs, and the medicinal pills that are perfectly combined with taste, potency, digestion, whatever is blessed by the power of the Vajra mantra of its own nature, its function is that merely seeing, touching, tasting, and wearing it around the neck, it eliminates all diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, brings auspiciousness and accomplishment, and becomes an elixir for life and body, etc. Starting from the virtues praised limitlessly, the nectar medicine jewel - the precious pills, briefly speaking, there are two: benefits and methods of use. For all diseases that are difficult to treat with other medicines, such as confusion and chronic fever, there is nothing that this medicine cannot eliminate." As it is said, it mainly praises all kinds of diseases caused by modulation poisons. It can destroy all demons. It will become the best tonic. In particular, it is most praised for hot visceral diseases and diseases that are difficult to treat with other medicines, as well as diseases with heavy demons. Wearing it on the body will achieve the king of protection. However, since the medicinal properties are slightly cool, it seems not very suitable for people with high cold constitution, as well as children and the elderly. Second, the benefit of the great precious multi-component pill mainly mentioned in the venerable tantras is: In the Karma Tantra, it says: "For all poison diseases, the great multi-component pill is the best." Not only is it extremely effective for all kinds of poisons such as modulation poisons, transformation poisons, and natural poisons, but also because the medicinal properties are balanced in cold and heat, it is very beneficial for most visceral diseases. Third, the oral instruction of the accomplished Orgyenpa, the essence of the heart of the supreme Rangjung Dorje (self-arisen vajra), the benefit of the profound precious pill is: As the venerable Dharmasvami said, in short, the common benefit is the effect of taking it by the healthy, and the effect of giving it to the sick. The first is: As it is said in the tantras such as Vajra Dakini and others: "Having the strength of an elephant and the radiance of the sun and moon, one will maintain the youth of the gods." As it is said, it can enhance physical strength, brighten complexion, reduce white hair, wrinkles will also disappear naturally, teeth will be tight, sensory organs such as eyes will become clear, and many merits such as being able to endure heat, cold, hunger, and thirst will manifest.
