This means that wind and mind dissolve into the central channel, and it is praised as a condition for manifesting true wisdom, the benefits of which are inconceivable. Fourthly, the benefits of the empowerment pill known as the "Crystal Stupa" are, as stated in the scriptures: "The benefits of relying on it well are: combinations of meat and fat, combinations of herbs and trees, combinations of hair and earth and stones, combinations of wood and precious jewels, combinations of water, heat, and cold, etc. In short, no matter what kind of poison it is, there is none that cannot be overcome. It performs both healing and protection." As such, it is highly praised for all kinds of poisons and is beneficial for any type of internal disease. Fifthly, the benefits of the empowerment pill "Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Horse Mane" are as detailed in the catalog regarding the qualities and effects of each medicine. In brief: "Poisons from sentient beings such as snakes, violent poisons such as aconite, water poisons, gas poisons, earth poisons, juice poisons, meat poisons, transformed poisons, egg poisons, heretical evil mantra poisons, mixed poisons, and poisons of long standing—this medicine destroys all poisons." As it is said. Furthermore, it is highly praised for most difficult-to-cure internal diseases. Sixthly, the benefits of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Pill are, as it is said: "A special combination of precious medicines, the benefits of this medicine cannot be fully expressed. In short, it pacifies diseases of disturbed heat and cold, long-term incurable diseases abandoned by doctors, and especially pacifies diseases of white channels that are long and contracted. It gathers what is scattered, removes old diseases from the root, cuts off kidney swelling, blood-wind pain near the pulse, and subdues all spirits such as the planets above, the kings in the middle, and the Naga races below. Bam Xia Khum, etc. It is praised for most internal and external diseases. If worn around the neck, it becomes the king of protection. By merely smelling it, evil spirits, obstacles, and demons flee. Therefore, it is a wish-fulfilling jewel. It is the treasure of medicine, the tradition of knowledgeable doctors. It is the nectar churned from the ocean of medicine. It is the heart-treasure of the wise who know the means of survival. As praised above, it is supremely effective for all kinds of diseases and evil spirits, especially for those with white veins and heavy shadows. Experience has proven that it is also very beneficial for planetary influences and evil spirits. Second, regarding how to use it. In general, most large pills are praised as remedies for poison diseases only. Therefore, there are many explanations on how to use it as a protection and how to use it as a medicine. In particular, regarding how to use it as a medicine, it is said extensively that first, gather the scattered energies with a decoction; in the middle, kill the germs with precious medicines; and finally, thoroughly cleanse with a purgative. This has been determined through scriptures, oral instructions, and practice, and cannot be expressed with few words. Here, I will briefly explain the common method of administration. Although there is importance in administering for poisons, etc., on the waning moon, in general, it is best to choose a very auspicious day. Administer any suitable gathering and ripening decoction about eight days in advance. In particular, three days before, administer a decoction of about seven grains of barley to open the channels. The arrangement is: on a clean white cushion, draw a left-swirling white barley swastika. On top of that, place a bowl filled with good barley. Inside that, place a white porcelain bowl without cracks, and if it is hot, put Kashmiri saffron water; if it is cold, put sesame oil. Generally, place a pill in a bowl with about a cup of good wine. Cover it with red silk. On top of that, place a blessed Dharma robe folded eight times, with the image of the Medicine Buddha facing you. Furthermore, place any available copies of the "Medical Tantra" and representations of the Three Jewels in front, along with any available offerings, including the five offerings. According to the Sutra tradition, perform the Seven Buddhas Prayer Ritual. According to the Tantra tradition, one can perform the extensive "Heart Essence Dark Eliminator" ritual, or the concise "Achievement Method Treasure Trove" ritual. Do not administer it at the wrong time, and with special intention and compassion, recite as many mantras as possible.
