融入甘露中，药丸的融入， 令见闻忆触诸众生，消除因果诸疾病， 成为智慧甘露之殊胜。念诵多次杨清和缘起心髓，撒花，使加持之流稳定。 尊者大成就者之语： 凡是十方世界中，所有患病之众生， 皆因我之福德力，获得无病安乐喜。 仅凭我与此药之名，所有众生之身心， 疾病痛苦皆平息，获得殊胜之安乐。 我之祈愿力以及，诸佛菩萨加持力以及， 法界之力的加持，乃至轮回未空之际， 如所祈愿之利生事，无需勤作任运成。 如是等等回向祈愿，以及息灭千百种障碍等，广作吉祥之语，降下花雨。 盛入如碗状之良器中，密封，勿使漏风。 第三，如是调合修制之药丸，应根据病症的轻重，服用五、七、九等数量，对于热性病，用凉水送服；对于寒性病，用酒送服；一般情况下，用温开水送服。由于药物的效力与咒语的加持二者聚合，因缘和合之力不可思议。因此，服用药丸乃至闻到药味，普遍能平息一切疾病，解脱一切邪魔，使身体的营养、寿命和福德增长等，无论是暂时的利益，还是究竟的利益，都遍布着圣者大悲观世音菩萨的事业，从轮回和恶趣的痛苦中解脱等利益无边。特别是对于血、胆、痰、灰白翳障，新旧胃病，新发瘟疫和热病等非常有效，而且对任何其他疾病都没有损害，这是经过验证的。仅凭此药就能治愈一切疾病，持有此药的成就者和持明者直到现在都没有中断过传承，因此是非常值得信赖的。针对不同疾病的调配方法在经典中有详细说明，加入大量苹果花制成的白色药丸被称为“白莲茎”，对痰和胆病非常有效。 如此，具德成就自在者汤东杰布具有智慧

By the absorption into medicinal pills, May all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch, Be freed from the illnesses of cause and effect, And may it become the supreme nectar of wisdom. Recite Yangchenma and the Essence of Dependent Arising many times, scatter flowers, and stabilize the flow of blessings. The words of the great accomplished master: In whatever direction, in the ten directions of the world, As many sick sentient beings as there are, May they, through my merit, Obtain freedom from illness, happiness, and joy. By just the name of myself and this medicine, May the body and mind of all beings, Be completely pacified from illness and suffering, And may they obtain supreme bliss. By the power of my aspiration and, The power of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas' blessings and, The power of the Dharmadhatu, Until samsara is not empty, May the benefit of beings, just as I aspire, Be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished. Thus, make dedications and aspirations, and pacify thousands of kinds of obstacles, etc., make extensive auspicious pronouncements, and shower flowers. Pour into a good container like a bowl, and seal it tightly so that no air enters. Thirdly, the pills that are prepared and consecrated in this way should be taken in quantities of five, seven, or nine, depending on the severity of the illness. For hot diseases, take with cool water; for cold diseases, take with alcohol; generally, take with warm boiled water. Because the power of the medicine and the blessings of the mantra are combined, the power of dependent arising is inconceivable. Therefore, taking the pills and even smelling the scent will generally pacify all diseases, liberate from all evil spirits, and increase the body's vitality, life, and merit, etc. Both temporary and ultimate benefits are pervaded by the activity of the noble, compassionate Avalokiteśvara, and the benefits are immeasurable, including liberation from the suffering of samsara and the lower realms. In particular, it is very effective for blood, bile, phlegm, gray cataracts, new and old stomach diseases, new epidemics and fevers, etc., and it has been proven by experience that it does not harm any other diseases. The lineage of accomplished masters and vidyadharas who cure all diseases with this medicine alone has continued unbroken until now, so it is a very trustworthy source. The methods for adjusting the mixture for each disease are detailed in the texts, and the white pills made with a large amount of apple blossoms are called "White Lotus Stalks," which are very effective for phlegm and bile diseases. Therefore, the meditation instructions and practical guidance for the white pill that cures hundreds of diseases, personally offered by the five classes of sky-goers, have been well presented. Please, with Bodhicitta as the standard, greatly benefit yourself and others. Please perform the dedication, aspiration, and auspicious prayers extensively with the master. This is the meditation instruction for the white pill according to the tradition of Je Great Accomplisher. In the old documents, the renunciate Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, who has heard much, supplemented the clarification of the practice and corrected it. By this virtue, may all sentient beings pervading the sky pacify all the suffering of diseases caused by causes and results, and quickly attain the state of the Great Physician who sees all. May there be auspiciousness! May the harm of demons, diseases, and elemental spirits, etc., caused by karma and sudden circumstances, and all diseases that make sentient beings uncomfortable, not occur in this world. Just as an executioner leads a condemned person to be killed, may the suffering of deadly diseases that separate body and mind in an instant not occur in this world. Just as one falls into the mouth of the Lord of Death, Yama, may diseases that cause fear just by hearing their names, such as one-day diseases and persistent epidemics, not harm all living beings. May eighty thousand kinds of harmful obstacles, three hundred and sixty kinds of sudden evil spirits, and four hundred and four kinds of diseases, etc., not harm all living beings. May all the suffering of the imbalance of the four elements, which robs all happiness of body and mind, be completely pacified, and may we be filled with radiance and strength, and have long life, freedom from disease, happiness, and well-being. May the compassion of the Guru, the Three Jewels, the power of the sky-goers, Dharma protectors, and guardians, and the true power of the infallibility of karmic results, make all dedications and aspirations be fulfilled. This was when various types of non-uniform epidemics occurred in the great monastic center of glorious Sakya (Sakya Monastery, located in Sakya County, Tibet), and no matter what kind of tormas, offerings, medicines, mantras, and protections were performed by the Bonpos and mantra practitioners, it was of no avail, leading to the monastery facing a state of emptiness. Je Great Accomplisher instructed to take refuge in Mama Dakini, recite Mani, and obtain this aspiration prayer, and it was done as instructed.
