May all the nectar of the Bon deities be absorbed into your being, and may the compassion, blessings, power, and strength of the root and lineage lamas and deities enter your being. With this aspiration, please drink this essence nectar completely, without leaving any residue. After saying this, the nectar is given. Then, the transmission of the textual verses is recited. After the transmission is completed, the teacher scatters flowers and prays to the Medicine Buddha, the emanation of Padmasambhava, the five wisdom dakinis, the accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo, and all the root and lineage lamas to bless these faithful ones, ripen their beings, and benefit beings. This is recited three times. The second part is the teaching on practice, which is divided into three points: first, the method of preparing the pills; second, the method of blessing; and third, the method of giving, including the benefits. The first point is: Mix six parts of golden haritaki evenly. This is the Zhongxi that condenses the essence of the world. Among them, male Zhongxi is used for females, female Zhongxi is used for males, and hermaphrodite Zhongxi is best for both. They should be used separately. Or, universally use male Zhongxi, like breaking a horse's tooth. These are the three methods in practice. Although the commentary on the "Kunjed Gyalpo Root Tantra" only mentions "herbs" and does not specify clearly, the Zur tradition uses spang rtsi do bo (Dactylorhiza hatagirea), the Jang tradition uses Huanglian (Coptis chinensis). Some also believe that Daphne tangutica can be used, adjusting the medicine according to the condition, which is not contradictory. However, in the practice of this lineage, spang rtsi do bo is preferred, accounting for three parts. Add two parts of pure precious essence and rock essence. Add three parts of medicine to treat internal diseases, namely Bushar Mula, which is bone marrow. If taking medicines to change the taste, each medicine is added proportionally. If there are blessed substances from the lineage of great accomplished masters, mix them together. Mix them with flower nectar and honey. If the pills are small, make them the size of millet grains; if they are large, make them the size of peas. Place the pills on a shelf to dry, then put them in a precious container or a marked skull cup. Place it on a pedestal in the center of a swastika symbol drawn with white grains. Cover it with a red cloth.

Preceded by the recitation of Oṃ, uncover the lid of the pills in front. From one's own heart, emanate countless assemblies of wrathful deities swirling with nectar, purifying all the impurities of the substances, and driving the obstructing forces far away. Recite Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta, Literal Chinese Meaning: Nectar), fumigate with gugul, and scatter mustard seeds. Purify with Svabhava. Within the state of luminous emptiness and compassion, from Bhaṃ (Tibetan: བྷཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhaṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed Syllable), transform into excellent jeweled vessels, filled with the perfect medicinal pills, possessing all colors, scents, tastes, powers, and essences. In the center of that, upon a lunar disc, in the center is the blue Vajra Dakini, in the east is the white Buddha Dakini, in the south is the yellow Ratna Dakini, in the west is the red Padma Dakini, and in the north is the green Karma Dakini. All Dakinis have one face and two arms, the right holding a jeweled damaru, the left holding a skull cup filled with nectar, dancing in extended and contracted postures, embracing khatvanga, adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, standing within a sphere of five-colored light. On the crown of the central main deity, the Yidam Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, white and clear, with one face and four arms, the main arms joined in prayer at the heart, the lower
