The Vajra Yoginī, with the dance of oneness, her body pervades all that is stable and moving. Accompanied by the gentle and melodious limbs of speech, her speech is the ocean of scriptures, realization, and the Dharma realm. Transformed into the splendor of existence and peace, her mind is the all-perfect wisdom. Merely remembering her dispels the fear of delusion, may the excellent guide bestow auspiciousness! Thus, scattering the blue lotus of auspicious words, here, the task to be done is: In the midst of a gathering of superiors, middles, and inferiors, like an ocean, starting with a discussion mainly about the Holy Dharma, briefly explaining the manner of establishing a conclusive talk. When the assembly has finished taking their seats, starting from the one who possesses perfect abundance, like a golden mountain, this is the third auspiciousness of the world. This is the auspicious verse of the Three Jewels mentioned in the Samputa Tantra and the Vajra Tent Tantra, etc. Here, because it has the same meaning as the initial goodness, it is brought forward. On this day, like "all days are auspicious, all stars are good," the stars in the sky, the time on earth, the relatives in between, etc., at this perfect moment when all interdependent and arising phenomena are complete. The body is the all-pervading lord of the four bodies and five wisdoms, the chief of all lineages and mandalas, the sole protector of all beings, including myself and others, whose name is difficult to pronounce, but for the sake of meaning, the name is mentioned, the supreme incarnation Rinpoche, or the glorious and venerable Lama (here, insert the names of the respective Lamas), the Abbot and Teacher, like the sun and moon in union, are seated in the middle. The great people occupy the head of the row, those who know the qualities straighten the middle of the row, the male and female patrons who provide wealth and those who perform tasks surround the end of the row, thus, all of you who are seated in the five perfections of the teacher and retinue

To your ears, the wise hero once said: Meeting with virtuous people is the best of men, in the assembly the wise will be delighted, to external challenges it is like the light of the sun, eliminating the fame and pride of competitors. As it is said, in order to bring joy to the virtuous and wise, to tell of how the external world is formed, how sentient beings arise, how the teacher Buddha descends, how the protector Dharma is preached, how the guide Sangha flourishes, and the royal history of the rulers, etc., related to religious and political abundant discussions. A grand feast should have been widely held. However, our innate talents are insufficient, and our acquired efforts are lacking, so we cannot widely state. Even if it is only stating what we have seen and heard, time is limited. Nevertheless, I would like to offer a seed that is like timely words and timely rain, with rich content and appropriate details. I hope you can listen with your ears and understand with your heart. First, regarding the formation of the external world, the Sutra Collection says: In the sky, wind relies, on it relies the mass of water, on it relies this great earth, on it all beings rely. As it is said, on the empty space at the bottom, there is a blue wind wheel, its width is one million six hundred thousand yojanas, and the number is countless. Above it is the water wheel, its width is eight hundred thousand yojanas. Above it is the earth wheel, thirty-two thousand yojanas. The direct distance between the two is one hundred and twenty-three thousand four hundred and fifty yojanas. The circumference is three times that. In the center is Mount Meru, made of four kinds of jewels, its width is one hundred and sixty thousand yojanas, half of it sinks into the sea, and the remaining part protrudes upwards, with four layers of steps. At the top are thirty-three cities. In the four directions are the four continents, surrounded by two sub-continents each. In between are separated by seven golden mountains and seven playful seas. The outer periphery is surrounded by the salty sea and the iron fence mountain. They are formed sequentially from bottom to top. Second, regarding the formation of sentient beings, initially in the sky above, there are different places.
