Regarding the general religious history of various schools, there are many reliable Indian accounts such as "History of Indian Buddhism" by Omniscient Tāranātha and "Tales of the Seven Transmissions," as well as "History of Chinese Buddhism" by Gung Gonpo Kyab, "History of Dharma" by Buton Rinpoche, "Red Annals" by Tselpa, "Blue Annals" by Gölo, "History of Dharma: Feast for Scholars" by Pawo Tsuklak Trengwa, "The White Lotus: The Rising Sun That Expands the Lotus of the Doctrine," "Crystal Mirror of Tenets" by Thu'u bkwan, "Royal Genealogies: Mirror That Clarifies," and "Feast for Complete Youths," etc. In particular, one should examine the previously mentioned biographies and histories with the eye of wisdom, and on the basis of maintaining one's own tradition without losing it, one should also abandon hatred and slander towards other schools, and make the lotus of faith extremely bloom.
