Thereby stabilize it. From one's own heart, radiate light, inviting the Noble Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, surrounded by assemblies of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, to the space in front and requesting them to be present. Offer the mandala, either elaborate or concise, as appropriate. Purify the torma. From emptiness, within a precious vessel, the three syllables (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ) melt, and from the torma, a sea of nectar arises, emanating clouds of various desirable objects. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् आः हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ). Recite three times. Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Idaṃ Baliṃta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् तारे तुत्तारे तुरे इदं बलिंता ख ख खाही खाही, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture idaṃ baliṃtā kha kha khāhi khāhi, Literal meaning: Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture This offering Eat Eat Eat). Recite seven times for the main deity, and A Kā Ro (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ का रो, Romanized Sanskrit: a kā ro, Literal meaning: A Kā Ro) recite three times to offer to the retinue. Oṃ Ārya Tāre Saparivāra Arghaṃ, etc., up to Śapta Pratīccha Svāhā (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् आर्य तारे सपरिवार अर्घं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ ārya tāre saparivāra arghaṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ Noble Tara with retinue Offering), etc., to make offerings. All Buddhas are born from you. And so on, and, with the white light of your compassion, you accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception, you are the protector and refuge of the unprotected, I prostrate to the Victorious Ones together with their children. Thus praise. Please accept this offering torma. And so on, request activities. If there is a representation, perform the stable abiding ritual, and if not, with the Vajra Mu gesture, request them to return to their place. When practicing the approach, although this deity is a deity spoken of in the Unexcelled Yoga Tantra, such as Tara Manifest Enlightenment, the practice of acting according to the lower tantra is the tradition of the lineage lamas. If possible, bathing and cleansing, etc., are performed according to the lower tantra. The amount of recitation, the time recitation is ten months. The number recitation is one million, or to make the activity workable, recite ten million times. The signs of accomplishment recitation, in actual experience or in dreams, seeing the face of the deity, hearing the voice of the deity, obtaining the deity's implements. In dreams, seeing the sun and moon rise, eating fruit, drinking milk and nectar, etc., one should recite until one sees these auspicious signs. The method of visualizing the mantra wheel is as follows: In front of the heart, visualize a white eight-petaled lotus of the nature of the moon, in the center is Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Surrounding it are Mā Mā Ā Yur Puṇye Jñāna Puṣṭi Kuru (Tibetan, Devanagari: मा मा आ युर् पुण्ये ज्ञाना पुष्टि कुरु, Romanized Sanskrit: mā mā ā yur puṇye jñāna puṣṭi kuru, Literal meaning: Mā Mā Ā Yur Puṇye Jñāna Puṣṭi Kuru). In front of that is Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ). Behind it is. On the eight petals, visualize the eight syllables such as Tāre, the color is white and clear, abiding without wavering, and then perform radiating and gathering light, etc., according to the text. Complete. Complete. The practice cycle of the single mandala of White Tara of the Jo lineage, including the feast offering.
