祈请赐予一切！如是念诵长寿陀罗尼，摇动箭幡。如是长寿勾招，精髓汇集完毕后，为了真实灌顶，于殊胜宝瓶中央安住的无量光长寿佛心间放出光芒，汇集轮涅一切长寿精髓，融入手中宝瓶中。其即转为不死长寿甘露，沸腾涌出，与瓶水无别融合，从你们顶门进入，充满身体内部。净化自无始轮回以来积累的疾病、邪魔、罪障、非时死亡的恐惧及习气。生起获得一切不死长寿及智慧成就之想。 舍(藏文：ཧྲིཿ)！ 吉祥殊胜宝瓶中， 顶礼无量寿怙主及诸眷属， 今于具种姓之子灌顶故， 愿获长寿智慧诸成就！ 舍(藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ)！念诵长寿陀罗尼，宝瓶置于顶上，并赐予瓶水。 之后，依靠右手所赐方便之物长寿丸，生起获得方便大乐无上不变金刚长寿成就之想。 舍(藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ)！ 大乐不变长寿丸方便物， 赐予汝故轮涅显现之色， 汇集一切精髓寿命福德增， 愿具受用威力能力力量！ 念诵陀罗尼咒语，并赐予丸药。依靠左手所赐智慧之物长寿甘露，生起获得智慧空性金刚长寿成就之想。 舍(藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ)！ 圆满一切胜妙智慧乳汁， 赐予汝故缘起之界， 不变不坏恒常坚固无摧毁， 愿离能取所取相之法不动摇！ 念诵陀罗尼咒语，并赐予甘露。之后，为了稳固并具力所获得的长寿成就而作加持： 外器内情一切融入光明，融入心间的舍(藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ)中，与成就金刚寿命同时，于顶门以燃烧的珍宝长寿箭交叉安立，身体化为熔铸的金刚铠甲，生起三门加持为金刚三门之想。

Grant all wishes! Recite the long life dharani and wave the arrow banner. After the long life has been summoned and the essence has been gathered, in order to bestow the actual empowerment, light radiates from the heart of Amitayus, the Infinite Light of Life, who resides in the center of the victorious vase. It gathers all the life essence of samsara and nirvana and enters the vase in his hand. That itself becomes the nectar of immortal life, boiling and overflowing, mixing with the vase water without distinction, and entering from the crown of your heads. It fills the entire inside of the body. It purifies the diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and fears of untimely death, along with their imprints, that have been accumulated since beginningless samsara. Generate the aspiration to obtain all the accomplishments of immortal life and wisdom. Hrih! In the auspicious victorious vase, reside the Blessed One Amitayus, the Protector, and the assembly of deities. Today, by bestowing empowerment on the son of the lineage, may he obtain the accomplishments of long life and wisdom! Hrih! Recite the long life dharani, place the vase on the crown of the head, and give the vase water. Then, relying on the long life pill, the substance of skillful means, which is given in the right hand, generate the aspiration to obtain the accomplishment of the vajra life, the supreme and unchanging great bliss of skillful means. Hrih! Unchanging long life pill of great bliss, the substance of skillful means, by giving it to you, the form of samsara and nirvana's appearance, may you have the power, ability, and strength to enjoy the essence of all, the glory of life, and the merit! Recite the dharani mantra and give the pill. Relying on the long life nectar, the substance of wisdom, which is given in the left hand, generate the aspiration to obtain the accomplishment of the vajra life, the wisdom of emptiness. Hrih! Supreme milk of wisdom, endowed with all aspects, by giving it to you, the realm of dependent arising, may you be unwavering by the phenomena of grasping and fixation, unchanging, indestructible, constant, stable, and free from destruction! Recite the dharani mantra and give the nectar. Then, in order to stabilize and empower the accomplishment of long life that has been obtained, the sealing is as follows: All of the outer and inner world dissolves into light, and the essence dissolves into the Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) in the heart, and simultaneously with the accomplishment of the vajra life, by placing the burning jewel long life arrow crosswise on the crown of the head, the body becomes a molten vajra armor, and generate the aspiration that the three doors are sealed as the three vajras.

做。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）。 身上作金刚加持，愿得不坏之吉祥！ 语中作真言加持，愿得无边事业皆成就！ 意上作智慧加持，愿得无明错觉黑暗消！ 有寂以寂静作加持，愿得痛苦因果皆清净！ 念诵如是等长寿陀罗尼，并以寿命箭于顶门交叉触碰，散花。再次，观想上师与前方本尊如前清晰，以吉祥偈颂作加持之信解。如是念诵任何吉祥偈颂。于彼等之时，思惟如法行持所获得之共同与不共之誓言及律仪，请复诵此句： 主尊如何作开示，彼等一切我皆行。 为谢师恩，请供曼扎。 再次，将身与受用回向于上师，乃誓言之要义，请复诵此句： 自今乃至我为奴，我将自身献于您。 祈请您纳我为徒众，一切分舍皆请用。 以彼等之门，已善得甚深长寿灌顶，故请一同作此将善根回向菩提心之举。念诵“此善根”等。若作计数累积，则广供曼扎，降加持则作简略，勾招寿命，复诵瓶、寿命丸、甘露等，最后念诵吉祥偈颂一句。若作简略，则于广供甘露一次之后念诵吉祥。再次，于置于胜幢宝瓶中央者等作连接，并供养宝瓶、寿命丸、寿命酒等，最后念诵吉祥。圆满计数后，如前作加持等。后行：于前方之共同宝瓶，为作酬补，供养七支。忏悔过失。祈请前方本尊坚住，观想金刚亥母宝瓶之智慧尊降临，融入誓言尊自身。回向、发愿、吉祥等如前念诵时所作。如是，亦是全知大尊者所造之修法之金刚语心要，成就自在之大尊者无畏事业光芒所造之灌顶法。

Do. Hrih! By sealing the body with vajra, may the glory of being indestructible be attained! By sealing the speech with mantra, may all boundless activities be accomplished! By sealing the mind with wisdom, may the darkness of ignorance, delusion, and conceptuality be cleared! By sealing existence with peace, may the cause and effect of suffering be completely purified! Recite such life-sustaining mantras, and touch the life arrow crosswise on the crown of the head. Scatter flowers. Again, with the guru and the front generation clearly visualized as before, have the faith of bestowing empowerment also with auspicious verses. Thus, recite any auspicious verses. At that time, thinking of properly maintaining the common and specific vows and commitments obtained at that time, please repeat after me: As the main deity has commanded, I will do all of those. Offer a mandala as a token of gratitude for the kindness. Again, dedicating the body and possessions to the guru is the essence of the commitment, so please repeat after me: From today onwards, I am your servant, I offer myself to you. Please accept me as a disciple, and please use all shares as you wish. Through these means, you have well received the profound life empowerment, so please do this together to dedicate the merit to the essence of bodhichitta. Recite "By this merit," etc. If accumulating numbers, then offer the mandala extensively, if bestowing blessings, then briefly. Invoke life. At the end of repeating the vase, life pills, and nectar, recite one auspicious verse. If abbreviating, then after one extensive offering of nectar, recite auspiciousness. Again, connect to those residing in the center of the victorious vase, and offer the vase, life pills, and life wine. Finally, recite auspiciousness. After completing the count, do the sealing as before. Subsequent rituals: Offer the seven branches to the common vase in front for the sake of atonement. Confess faults. Request the front generation to remain stable, and visualize the wisdom being of the Vajravarahi vase descending and dissolving into oneself, the commitment being. Dedication, aspiration, and auspiciousness should be done as in the previous recitation. This, too, is the vajra speech essence of the sadhana composed by the omniscient great one himself, and the empowerment Dharma composed by the great accomplished master Jigme Trinley Ozer.

The one who extracted the immortal life empowerment from the catalog and compiled it into a completed form after recitation is Abhaya, a servant pleasing to the omniscient lama. May this virtuous deed, completed with auspicious signs and goodness, cause the lotus feet of the supreme holders of the doctrine to remain firm for hundreds of kalpas, and may it cause all beings to enjoy the feast of life and wisdom to their heart's content. May there be auspiciousness! May it be auspicious!
