A concise instruction on the practice of longevity, related to the Swift Path of Limitless Merit for Rebirth in Sukhavati. A concise instruction on the practice of longevity, related to the Swift Path of Limitless Merit for Rebirth in Sukhavati. A concise instruction on the practice of longevity, related to the Swift Path of Limitless Merit for Rebirth in Sukhavati, is complete. Namo Guru Ayurjnana Nathaya. Therefore, in connection with the Swift Path of Limitless Merit for going to Sukhavati, there are two methods for the Vajra practice of longevity: to practice for one's own benefit, and to bestow the empowerment of longevity for the benefit of others. First, in a secluded place, in front of an image of Amitayus, in the center of a platform, place a vase filled with a mixture of longevity substances and constantly flowing pure water. To the right, place longevity pills. To the left, place nectar mixed with white sugar and honey. Behind, place a longevity arrow. In front, arrange the five offerings as appropriate. A Karo). Entrust the worldly spirits to their tasks, requesting them to accept this offering and torma, and then bid them farewell. At the same time, recite the mantra of Hayagriva, and dispel obstacles with Sumba Sumba). The indivisible, innate wisdom, Its unobstructed, self-arising Vajra tent. Blazing flames of light radiate intensely, pervading all directions. Om Vajra Protect Protect Hum). Thus, contemplate the protective circle. Take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and cultivate the four immeasurables, wishing all sentient beings happiness and so on. If desired, take the vows of refuge and the Bodhisattva vows, and generate oneself as the deity: Om Svabhava Om Svabhava) and so on. From emptiness, the pure land of Mount Potala arises. On a lotus and moon cushion in a circle of light, the syllable Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱི༔,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih) transforms into oneself as Avalokiteshvara. The body is white and clear, seated in the posture of a Bodhisattva. The right hand is in the gesture of supreme generosity, and the left hand holds a white lotus. The hair is in a topknot, adorned with braids and jewels. The breasts are covered with the skin of a deer. A Kashika cloth is wrapped around the waist, with the corner twisted to the left. Adorned with silk and jewels, possessing the nine peaceful qualities. Rays of light of Bodhicitta radiate in all directions. In the heart, inseparable from the wisdom of the vow, on the moon, the syllable Hrim (藏文:ཧྲིཾ,梵文天城体:ह्रिम्,梵文罗马拟音:hrim,汉语字面意思:Hrim) is surrounded by a garland of mantras. Light radiates and gathers, spontaneously accomplishing the two benefits. Om Mani Padme Hum Hum). Recite as much as possible. Before

Homage! First, purify the offerings with incense. From emptiness, the offering clouds made of divine substances transform into a vast ocean, inseparable from the Samadhi of the noble Samantabhadra. Namo Ratna Trayāya (Sanskrit: नमो रत्नत्रयाय, I pay homage to the Three Jewels!). Namo Bhagavate Vajra Sāra Pramardane (Sanskrit: नमः भगवते वज्र सार प्रमर्दने, Homage to the Bhagavan, the Vajra Essence Destroyer!). Tathāgatāya (Sanskrit: तथागताय, To the Tathagata!). Arhate Samyak Saṃbuddhāya (Sanskrit: अर्हते सम्यक् संबुद्धाय, To the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One!). Tadyathā (Sanskrit: तद्यथा, Thus it is). Oṃ Vajra Vajra (Sanskrit: ॐ वज्र वज्र, Om, Vajra, Vajra!). Mahā Vajra (Sanskrit: महा वज्र, Great Vajra!). Mahā Teja Vajra (Sanskrit: महा तेज वज्र, Great Powerful Vajra!). Mahā Vidyā Vajra (Sanskrit: महा विद्या वज्र, Great Knowledge Vajra!). Mahā Bodhi Citta Vajra (Sanskrit: महा बोधि चित्त वज्र, Great Bodhicitta Vajra!). Mahā Bodhi Maṇḍopa Saṃ Kramaṇa Vajre (Sanskrit: महा बोधि मंडोप सं क्रमण वज्रे, Great Bodhi Mandala Entering Vajra!). All Karma Obscurations Purifying Vajra, Svāhā!). Recite three times. Then, through emptiness, the five objects appearing as the grasper and the grasped, together with consciousness, transform into emptiness inseparable from the death state and the Dharmakaya. From emptiness, the intermediate state of existence and the evil rebirths of the mind-born are completely purified. In the Sukhavati pure land, adorned with perfect splendor, in the center of a palace adorned with eight thousand yojanas, on a high throne made of seven precious jewels, in the center of peacocks playing, from Paṃ (Sanskrit: वं, Water) arises a red lotus with a thousand petals. Above that, from Raṃ (Sanskrit: रं, Fire) arises a sun disc, in the center of which is a red Hrīḥ (Sanskrit: ह्रीः, Hrīḥ) radiating light. Offer to the noble ones, benefit sentient beings, gather back and dissolve into the seed syllable. From this complete transformation arises the King of Buddhas, as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River, whose names are praised, entering into praise, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, Infinite Light, with immeasurable life and wisdom, stainless, extremely pure, his body the color of a ruby mountain, with the splendor of being embraced by hundreds of thousands of suns. His feet rest in the vajra posture, above which is a ruby vase filled with the nectar of immortal life, adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree at the mouth of the vase, his two hands placed in equipoise. He wears a red and yellow skirt, a blue upper garment, and a red shawl. The crown of his head is invisible, adorned with all the complete marks and signs. To his right is the great Bodhisattva, the noble Avalokiteśvara, and to his left is the mighty Mahāsthāmaprāpta, both facing the main figure. All around...
