All the sins, obscurations, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles that you have accumulated through the gate of the mind are pacified. Visualize that the mind is blessed by the heart and power of the Wrathful Lama, inseparable. Again, place the torma on the crown of the head and recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Dharmakāya Amitābha, Sambhogakāya Mahākaruṇā, Nirmāṇakāya Wrathful Padmasambhava, Twenty-Five Great Accomplished Masters and Disciples, Omniscient Drimé Özer, Longchen Nyingtik Namkhai Naljor, Jigme Trinley Özer, Kind Root Lama, etc., Glorious Protector, Vidyādhara Lamas with root and lineage, Yidam Dakini Ocean, Dharma Protector Damchen Ocean, and all the assemblies, Today, for these Vajra disciples, grant the supreme and sacred empowerment of the inexhaustible ornament wheel of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Pacify all the adverse conditions of body, speech, and mind, external and internal diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances. Bless the favorable conditions of life, merit, glory, fame, teachings, realization qualities, and all supreme and common accomplishments to be quickly attained. At the end of the root mantra: Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Meaning: Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ). By saying this, each second form, similar to the deities of the torma, arises and dissolves into light, dissolving into you.
