In this way, perform the bathing, dispel obstacles, and meditate on the protective circle. Again, for the sake of all sentient beings as vast as the sky, may I attain the precious state of perfect Buddhahood. For that purpose, listen to the profound empowerment that ripens and liberates, and practice its meaning properly. With the thought, "I will generate the mind of enlightenment to the highest degree," listen attentively. Now, the Dharma to be listened to here is: the actual embodiment of Manjushri, the lord of beings, the play of the wisdom illusion net of the Brahma flower. The jewel on the crown of the five hundred scholars, the all-knowing and great seer, the vidyadhara Jigme Lingpa, whose name is as famous as the sun and moon. In this very mandala, the great master Padmasambhava of Oddiyana, who knows the three times, personally appeared and bestowed the profound empowerment of the three roots, Lama Drakpo Takhyung Barwa, which arises from the Longchen Nyingtik cycle of the Great Perfection. Now is the time to offer the profound empowerment. Now that the preliminary practices suitable for the master to perform have been completed. In their presence, with the continuous confession as a preliminary, generate the supreme bodhicitta, thinking, and repeat the following three times. I take refuge in the Three Jewels! I confess each and every sin. I rejoice in the virtue of beings. I hold the Buddha's enlightenment in my mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and supreme Sangha, until enlightenment. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I generate the bodhicitta. Having generated the supreme bodhicitta, I invite all sentient beings as my guests. I will practice the supreme and pleasing bodhisattva conduct. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings! Thus, in order to purify the lineage, and in order to bestow wisdom, visualize as follows: OM MAHA SHUNYATA JÑANA VAJRA SVABHAVA ATMAKO 'HAM. All impure appearances of yourselves, represented by the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, transform into emptiness, inseparable from the three doors of liberation. From within emptiness, from the play of impartial great compassion, the outer world appears as the Akanishta paradise, the palace of lotus light, in the center of the great charnel ground playing palace. On the seat of the lotus, sun, moon, and twelve intertwined poisonous snakes, the essence of wisdom, the red syllable HRIH (藏文：ཧཱི༔，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥) completely transforms, and in an instant becomes the form of the yidam Padma Heruka, from "Fearsome Vajra Tro Wo Lod" to "Truly Holding Skull Blood," as described in the text. Visualize in this way: OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) at the crown of the head, AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿) at the throat, and HUM (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at the heart. From there, countless rays of light emanate, and from the natural abode, from the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain (the pure land of Oddiyana), all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and four times are invited like a blizzard, in the form of the body, hand gestures, speech syllables, and mind implements of Lama Drakpo Hayagriva, and they dissolve gently, with the faith that the lineage is blessed.
