Falling like rain, it dissolves into the substance of accomplishment. Immutable, deathless, and eternal Vajra Mind. Seeing, hearing, remembering, touching, tasting liberation are all forms of the substance. The great bliss bindu becomes coiled into one. Saying this and contemplating, hold the string of the mantra and recite: Om Atta Hum Vajra Amrita Hum Hih. Recite in unison. When concluding the session, perform the vowel-consonant dependent origination mantra and offering praise. Perform the seven branches, fulfillment, feast offering, etc., extensively. After confessing faults in the subsequent ritual, say: Hum Hum Hum. Visualize that the Bhagavan, glorious Vajrasattva, father and mother, together with the deities of the body mandala, dissolve into light with the great bliss of equal absorption, and the pure, indestructible bindu merges indistinguishably with the nectar of samaya, recite the essence of dependent origination, and scatter flowers. Dedicate aspirations and auspiciousness according to the text, and perform expulsion and blessings as appropriate. Furthermore, there are many specific visualization sequences derived from this, but since this is a condensed version, this much is sufficient, as clarified in the tantras and secret instructions. As described above, diligently practice four or six sessions, and if signs of accomplishment such as light, sound, and fragrance are seen, or after a fixed period of time such as a week, the method for obtaining accomplishment early in the morning is as follows: Conduct the activity ritual as before. After the offering praise and confession of faults in the subsequent ritual, recite: Om Ah Hum. By these unsurpassed practices of myself and others, may all sins, obscurations, and impairments be purified, may the supreme vidyadhara accomplishment be attained in this very life, may blessings, power, splendor, and abilities be possessed, and may the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind be granted. Thus, urge and at the end of the mantra, add: Kaya Vaka Citta Siddhi Phala Hum (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: काय वाक चित्त सिद्धि फल हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: kāya vāka citta siddhi phala hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Body, Speech, Mind, Accomplishment, Fruit, Hum), and recite it many times. Om Bodhicitta Kaya Vaka Citta Maha Samaya Ho. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་མ་ཧཱ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ बोधिचित्त काय वाक चित्त महासमय होः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ bodhicitta kāya vāka citta mahāsamaya hoḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Bodhicitta, Body, Speech, Mind, Great Samaya, Ho.) Throw the flower of wisdom with this. The consort raises the palace of medicine and places it on the crown of the guru's head. At the end of the mantra, add: Om Ah Hum Sarva Pancha Amrita Kaya Vaka Citta Ayuh Siddhi Phala Abhishincatu Nam. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་སརྦ་པཉྩཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཏུ་ནཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ आ हूँ सर्व पञ्च अमṛत काय वाक चित्त आयुःसिद्धि फल अभिषिञ्चतु नम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ā hūṃ sarva pañca amṛta kāya vāka citta āyuḥsiddhi phala abhiṣiñcatu nāṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Ah, Hum, All, Five, Amrita, Body, Speech, Mind, Longevity, Accomplishment, Fruit, Abhisheka, Tunam.) Receive the empowerment, and visualize that the great bliss of nectar, Vajrasattva, father and mother, together with the deities of the body mandala, dissolve into oneself. If there are disciples, recite: Hum.

The unsurpassed vow of taming thoughts, the great treasury of all siddhis. By the wisdom of Vajrasattva, may the empowerment be bestowed upon body, speech, and mind. Thus it is said. At the end of the mantra, recite "Kāya Vāka Citta Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Body, Speech, Mind, Consecrate, Om, Ah)", touching the three places (body, speech, and mind). Recite "Aho Mahā Sukha Ho (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Aho, Great Bliss, Ho)" to express realization. Release the seal by reciting "Vajra Praveśaya Phaṭ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, Enter, Phat)". By reciting "Sarva Pañca Amṛta Āveśaya Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: All, Five, Nectar, Enter, Ah)", visualize the essence of nectar dissolving into oneself in the form of white, red, and blue light. Combine with the inner offering, and then perform the medicine offering according to the text. In the center of the nectar essence, the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, possessing the form of the three syllables, firmly take the samaya mudra. At the end of the mantra, recite "Kāya Siddhi Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Body, Accomplishment, Om); Vāka Siddhi Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Speech, Accomplishment, Ah); Citta Siddhi Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: Mind, Accomplishment, Hum)", place bindus on the three places, taste, and also give to the disciples. Then, perform the dedication, aspiration, auspiciousness, etc., according to the text, and it will be accomplished. This is the method for the practitioner to perform a simple, unelaborated practice alone. If it is very condensed, it is acceptable not to perform the mandala practice. If there are other practice companions, then the framework of the practice, whether elaborate or concise, should be done accordingly, and the recitation should be continuous. The qualities of the samaya substance thus accomplished are praised in the tantra: If drunk, it purifies bad karma and obscurations. Constant reliance on it also accomplishes supreme siddhis. It cures four hundred and four diseases, and if constantly offered to the deities, one becomes inseparable from the deity. If thrown towards an unfavorable direction, even fierce and wrathful ones will immediately be pacified. Furthermore, all other siddhis are accomplished as one visualizes them. Thus, one should understand as it is extensively explained in the scriptures. The meaning of the tantra and the accomplished oral instructions, the necessity of opening with the light of blessings. May all disharmony of all beings be pacified, and may life and wisdom increase! This was written by Khyentse Lha, a servant pleasing to the omniscient lama, an embodiment of knowledge and compassion. Sarva Maṅgalaṃ Bhavatu (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: All, Auspiciousness, May it be). The special activity related to the Guru Yoga ritual based on Vajrasattva—the Essence of Great Bliss.
