Na (Tibetan seed syllable) is blue-green. In the navel chakra, place the green seed syllable TRI (藏文：ཏྲི，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：tra，汉语字面意思：扎) for animals. In the secret place, place the reddish-brown seed syllable DHE (藏文：སྡེ，梵文天城体：ढे，梵文罗马拟音：ḍhe，汉语字面意思：德) for pretas. On the soles of both feet, place the black seed syllable DHU (藏文：དུ，梵文天城体：धु，梵文罗马拟音：dhu，汉语字面意思：度) for hell beings. Having arranged these, visualize yourself as the Great Compassionate One, with the five fingers of your hands transforming into the five Buddha families, fathers and mothers. Bless the palms by reciting "Om Hum Hum Hee Tsu Lo Ma Pi Tam." Join the palms by reciting "Om Sura Ta Sim." Interlock the fingers by reciting "Vajra Anjali." Bind the fingers by reciting "Vajra Bandha Bam." From the junctions of these mudras, rays of wisdom light emanate, burning the seed syllables of the six realms. Recite "Om Sarva Tathagata Adhisthana Adhisthite Sarva Papam Avarana Bhasmi Kuru Svaha" and snap the fingers. Hum, listen, son of the deceased of such and such lineage, generate faith in the lama and deity, come here with joy and respect, and look upon this excellent mandala. The hell realm, born from hatred, view as empty and clear like a mirror. The preta world, born from miserliness, realize in the state of equality wisdom. The animal realm, born from ignorance, is the clear light of the dharmadhatu wisdom. All the human realms, born from desire, are discriminating awareness wisdom itself. The asura realms, born from jealousy, are the activity accomplishment wisdom's skill. The realms of the gods in the three realms, realize in the state of empty and clear wisdom. The impure six realms of samsara are the manifestation of the pure six wisdoms.

ཧྲཱིཿ！唯一总集心性空性中，清净与不清净之名亦无有，空明显现任运坛城中，觉性心要汝融入其中！如此念诵，从六道处引出，名牌置于上师前。近侍众人顶礼道：诸佛总集之身，金刚持之自性，三宝之根本，顶礼诸上师！怙主大悲具足者，一切遍知导师，福德功德之海田，顶礼如来！清净离贪之因，善业救脱恶趣，唯一胜义最殊胜，寂静之法我顶礼！解脱后亦示解脱道，于诸学处极恭敬，田之殊胜功德田，僧伽众亦我顶礼！诸佛总集之大身，加持大悲之大宝藏，从轮回深处彻底拔出者，顶礼大悲尊！于一切应顶礼者，如诸刹土微尘数，以身俯伏于一切处，以胜妙信心我顶礼！祈请救护处如海之众，我与无边诸有情，从轮回恶趣怖畏中救脱，引导至解脱之境！如是说。亡者刹那间化为大悲尊之身。宝瓶置于顶上，吽！宝瓶珍宝之宫殿，其中安住大悲之圣众，水乃智慧甘露，为从轮回深处拔出故，为具缘之子灌顶，身语意三之垢染得清净，愿得身语意之灌顶！咒语末尾念诵：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀཱ་ཙིཏྟ་སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）加持灌顶。以水洒食物等。以རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）净化。以ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）与虚空藏咒加持，哦！一切如虚空之宝藏般，无尽之受用，如意宝海之大云，请享用，享用大乐！ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཱུ་པ་ཤབྡ་གནྡྷེ་རྭ་ས་མྤནྣེ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）如此回向。路神等：吽！谛听，亡者种姓之子！无论转生轮回何处，皆是三苦之自性！

HRIH! In the emptiness of the one united mind, there is no name for pure or impure. In the spontaneously accomplished mandala of emptiness and clarity, may your essence of awareness enter! Reciting thus, drawing from the six realms, place the name card before the master. The attendants prostrate, saying: The embodiment of all Buddhas, the very nature of Vajradhara, the root of the Three Jewels, I prostrate to all the Lamas! Protector, great compassionate one, omniscient teacher, field of merit and qualities, I prostrate to the Thus-Gone One! The cause of purity, free from desire, saving from the lower realms through virtue, the one ultimate supreme, I prostrate to the peaceful Dharma! Having liberated, also shows the path of liberation, greatly reverent to the teachings, the sacred field, the field of qualities, I also prostrate to the Sangha! The great collective form of all the Victorious Ones, the great treasure of blessings and compassion, who shakes samsara from its depths, I prostrate to the compassionate one! To all worthy of prostration, as many as the dust particles of all realms, with bodies bowed in every way, I prostrate with supreme faith! May the assembly of refuge places, like an ocean, liberate me and all limitless sentient beings from the fear of samsara and the lower realms, and lead us to the state of liberation! Thus it is said. The deceased instantly transforms into the body of the Great Compassionate One. Place the vase on the crown of the head, HUM! Vase, palace of precious jewels, in which dwells the assembly of compassionate deities, the water becomes the nectar of wisdom, for the sake of shaking samsara from its depths, by empowering the fortunate child, may the obscurations of body, speech, and mind be purified, may the empowerment of body, speech, and mind be obtained!
