It arises naturally from the great skillful means and compassion of the noble Avalokiteśvara. It is a wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills the hopes and desires of beings as they are. Whichever sentient being sees, hears, touches, wears it around their neck, smells its fragrance, or tastes it, all those who connect with it will have all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless lifetimes purified, like wiping away dust with a conch shell powder. The door to being born in samsara and the lower realms will be cut off. The seeds of higher realms and liberation will be sown. Furthermore, all illnesses, evil spirits, and discomforts will be pacified, and all life, merit, and wisdom will increase. It will become a great protection that cannot be overcome by obstacles and interferences. In short, what need is there to say much more? Any sentient being into whose stomach this pill has gone should be known to have the same fortune as Avalokiteśvara, as they are holders of the lineage of the noble one. Having generated faith and certainty upon hearing this, one should diligently engage in the prayer and recitation of the supreme lord of compassion. In particular, in the history of this treasure, the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, Self-Liberation of Samsara, it says: Having recited ten thousand sets of the six-syllable mantra, whoever tastes this pill will undoubtedly be without lower realms. Therefore, even now, in order to increase the power of the blessing of this pill, please be diligent in reciting at least ten thousand sets of the six-syllable mantra. Thus, the main part of the common and individual empowerments is completed. Finally, in order to accomplish the knowledge mantra, according to the empowerment ritual, the recitation transmission, etc., is done until the dedication of merit, and then the disciples depart. The practitioners should perform the subsequent rituals such as offering praise as before. Alternatively, it is also acceptable to bestow the empowerment of this pill alone. In that case, one should bathe, dispel obstacles, meditate on the protective circle, and clarify the generation of bodhicitta. Here, the wisdom, love, and power of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and four times, together with their sons, are gathered into the essence of Orgyen, the Great Holder of the Vajra, who has well spoken of the supreme treasure of compassion, the tamer of beings, Avalokiteśvara, Padma Tsugtor, in the mandala of the five deities, all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch will be liberated and attain omniscience.

This is also for those who have good thoughts of benefiting others, but have not mastered the way of great practice, seeing that even this much can accomplish the purpose of the occasion.
