From the Heart Drop of Garab Dorje: The practice of the peaceful deity, the generation and completion stage practice of glorious Vajrasattva, condensed into the essence, called the Bindu of Great Bliss. Finished. Namo Guru Vajra Satvaya (藏文,梵文天城体:नमो गुरु वज्र सत्वाय,梵文罗马拟音:namo guru vajra satvāya,汉语字面意思:Homage to the Guru Vajra Sattva). The indestructible vajra, the clear light realm, the mind hero, the illusory body of union, after prostrating to the inseparable lama, I will distinguish the essential points of the generation and completion stage instructions. Here, the incarnate body, the Heart Drop of Garab Dorje, the heart essence of the second Buddha, Orgyen Chenpo (Padmasambhava), the profound meaning of the generation and completion stage yoga of the glorious Vajrasattva Buddha Union, the great secret, the same lineage, is condensed into the essence, and there are three ways to practice it: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. The first part has two: common preliminaries and guiding preliminaries. The first part is: the practitioner who has received empowerment and instructions, and abides in vows and commitments, in a secluded place, on a comfortable cushion, the physical posture should be in accordance with the conduct of meditation, the verbal posture should clear the nine rounds of breath and restore them to their original state, the mental posture should be motivated by renunciation and bodhicitta from all aspects, visualizing the lama on the crown of the head, praying with devotion and intense longing, and then dissolving into oneself, merging mind and intention, abiding in this state, and entering the guiding visualization. The second part has two: common preliminaries and uncommon preliminaries. The first part is: contemplating the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment and the greatness of its benefit, and the impermanence and uncertainty of when death will come, and that after death, one will only follow the karma, and no matter where one is born in samsara, high or low, one cannot escape the nature of suffering, and thus generate a strong sense of renunciation. The second part has six: taking refuge, the root of the path; generating bodhicitta, the essence of the path; the seven-branch practice, which summarizes the essential points of accumulation, purification, and increase; and the special purification of obscurations, Vajrasattva.
