རྒྱས་སར། །མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་བ་ཉིད་གྱུར་ཅིག། །།ཅེས་དགེ་སློང་སྡེ་སྣོད་འཛིན་པ་པདྨ་བྷ་དྲ་སོགས་དོན་གཉེར་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སྔ་ཕྱིར་ལན་མང་དུ་བསྐུལ་བ་ལས། རང་གཞུང་རྩ་བའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་དང་བྱང་བུ་ཁྲིགས་སུ་བསྡེབས་ཤིང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཉམ་པར་སྦྱོར་བ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་འདུས་པའི་ཐུགས་ཏིག་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ནས་ཀྱང་ཅུང་ཟད་ཟུར་བརྒྱན་ཏེ་བཀླགས་པས་གྲུབ་པར་མཚོ་སྐྱེས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པས་སྡེབ་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་ནང་རིག་པའི་སྡེ་སྣོད་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་སྨྲ་བ་དགེ་སློང་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་ལུང་རྟོགས་བསྟན་པའི་ཉི་མས་བགྱིས་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་སུ་གྱུར་ཅིག། དགའ་རབ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྙིང་ཏིག་ལས། ཡི་དམ་ཞི་བའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་དང་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱི་བྱང་བུ་ཁྲིགས་སུ་བསྡེབས་པ་བདེ་ཆེན་མྱུར་ལམ།

兴盛吧！愿成为平等结合！如是，由比丘三藏持有者莲贤等具精进者多次劝请，故将自宗根本之修法和纸牌整理汇集，又从诸佛平等结合嘿汝嘎总集之意滴等的业事中稍作补充，诵读后成就，海生上师欢喜之眷属莲光显密洲以善妙文句撰著，书写者为精通内明三藏之比丘善知识隆多丹贝尼玛所作，愿吉祥！

May it flourish! May it become a state of equal union! Thus, urged repeatedly by the Bhikshu Tripitaka holder Padma Bhadra and other diligent individuals, the fundamental sadhana and cards of our own tradition were compiled and arranged. Furthermore, a slight embellishment was added from the activities of the Mind Drop of the Union of All Buddhas Heruka, and upon reading it, it was accomplished. Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, a devoted servant pleasing to the Lotus-Born Guru, composed it with skillful verses. The scribe was the virtuous friend, the Bhikshu Lungtok Tenpai Nyima, who is especially learned in the inner science Tripitaka. May it be auspicious!
