་རིག་འཛིན་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཕྱག་གཞེས་ལྟར་བཀོད་པའོ། །ཞེས་པའང་སྔ་སོང་བཀྲུ་བྱབས་སྲུང་གསུམ་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་ཙམ་མདོར་བསྡུས་སུ་བཀོད་པ་ལ། སླད་ནས་ངེས་པ་དོན་གྱི་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་གཟིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྱབ་བདག་འཇམ་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཀརྨ་ངག་དབང་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་ཀྱི་བཀའི་གནང་བ་ཐོབ་པ་ལ་བརྟེན། བྱ་བྲལ་བ་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་རང་གཞན་ལ་སྨན་པའི་བསམ་པ་བཟང་པོ་ཁོ་ནས་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་གྱི་མན་ངག་ཁྱེར་བདེ་བ་འགའ་ཞིག་བཅས་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡེབས་པའི་དགེ་བས་མཐའ་ ཡས་པའི་ཡིད་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲིབ་གསུམ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པའི་མུན་པ་ལས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་སྟེ། ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག་གི་སྣང་བས་འདོད་རྒུར་རྩེན་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག། །སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།། །། དམ་གྲིབ་ཉེས་པ་ཀུན་སེལ་གྱི་ཁྲུས་ཆོག་སོགས་གྲིབ་སེལ་གྱི་མན་ངག་སྙིང་པོ་བསྡུས་པ་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟླ་ཟེར།

这是按照持明传承的仪轨而著。以上是将先前沐浴、擦拭、防护三者的仪轨简略汇集。之后，依靠确实是究竟的遍知且大观者，遍主蒋贝多杰噶玛阿旺云丹嘉措尊者口谕的恩准。瑜伽士蒋扬钦哲旺波以利益自他的纯善发心，将一些常用的易于携带的诀窍汇集在一起，以此善妙之力，愿无边无际的有情众生，从三障及习气的黑暗中解脱出来，成为以殊胜智慧之光随意嬉戏的因缘。萨瓦达芒嘎朗巴瓦图。（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvadā maṅgalaṃ bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥） 消除誓言违犯、晦气罪过的沐浴仪轨等，消除晦气的诀窍精华汇集——甘露月光。
English
This is composed according to the practice of the Vidyadhara lineage. This is a concise compilation of the previous rituals of bathing, cleansing, and protection. Later, relying on the permission of the venerable Kyabje Jamyang Dorje Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso, who is truly omniscient and a great seer, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, a renunciate, with the pure intention of benefiting himself and others, compiled some commonly used and easily portable instructions. By the virtue of this, may all limitless sentient beings be liberated from the darkness of the three obscurations and habitual tendencies, and may it become the cause for them to frolic at will with the light of supreme wisdom. Sarva dā maṅgalaṃ bhava tu. (Tibetan: སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvadā maṅgalaṃ bhavatu, Literal Chinese meaning: May there be auspiciousness always) The essence of the nectar moonlight, which is the compilation of the essential instructions for dispelling obscurations, such as the bathing ritual for dispelling violations of vows, defilements, and sins.
