་ཉིད་སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་སེང་གེའི་གདོང་པ་ཅན་སྐུ་མདོག་མཐིང་ནག་གཅེར་བུ་ཐལ་ཆེན་གྱིས་བྱུགས་པ། ཕྱག་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་སྒྲིབ་ཤིང་གི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྣམས་པ། ཞབས་གཡས་བསྐུམ་པའི་རྟིང་བྷ་ག་ལ་གཏད་པ། གཡོན་བརྐྱང་པའི་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་རྟོག་མེད་མི་རོའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་པ། སྐུ་ལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེ་འབར་བ་ཞིག་བསམས་ཏེ། དེའི་ངང་ལ་རྩ་སྔགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གསུམ་བགྲང་ནས། རང་གི་དྲི་ཆུ་བར་པ་ལ་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་གྲབས་པ་ལྟོ་སྟོང་ལ་འཐུངས་ཤིང་གདོང་པ་བཀྲུས་ན་འགོ་བའི་རིམས་ནད་གང་ཡང་ཐུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཞེས་ཌཱ་ཀི་ཆེན་མོ་སེང་གེའི་གདོང་ཅན་མའི་ལས་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ སྒོ་ནས། རིམས་ནད་སྲུང་བ་སྔགས་ཆུ་བྲབ་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གདམས་པ་ཟབ་མོ་ཨཱི། །ཌཱ་ཀི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འབྲུམ་པ་བསྲུང་བར་འདོད་ན། སྲན་མ་བདུན་ལ་སྔགས་བརྒྱ་བརྒྱད་བཏབ་ནས་བཏགས་ན་ཐུབ་ངེས་སོ། །དེའི་ཞལ་ཤེས་ནི། ལྕགས་སྲན་ནག་པོ་ཉི་ཤུ་དགུ་ལ་སྐྱེས་པ་སྟག་ལོ་པས་བཏབ་པ་དང་བཏོགས་པ་གཉིས་ཀ་བྱས་པ། གནམ་མི་མཐོང་བར་ བྱེད་པ་གནད་ཡིན། ལྕགས་སྲན་གནམ་མ་མཐོང་བ་བདུན་ལ། སྔགས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་རེ་རེ་བཏབ་ནས། ལྕགས་སྦུགས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་ལ་ཆས་ཁ་བཅད་དེ་བཏགས་ཤིང་སྲན་མ་བདུན་པོ་སེང་གདོང་མ་སྒྲིབ་ཤིང་གི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྣམས་པ་རེ་རེ་བསྐྱེད་ན་ཐུབ་པར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་དོ། །རབ་གནས་ཞལ་ལས་ཤེས་སོ། །ཌཱ་ཀི་ཆེན་མོ་སེང་གེའི་གདོང་ཅན་མའི་ལས་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་འབྲུམ་པ་ལྕགས་སྲན་བསྒྲིལ་བའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གདམས་པ་ཟབ་མོ་ཨཱི། །ཌཱ་ཀི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དམར་བཤལ་དང་འཁྲུ་བ་གཅོད་པར་འདོད་ན། ཉི་མ་མ་ཤར་གོང་དུ་བུ་མོ་གཙང་མས། ཁྱི་རྒྱ་བོ་མིག་བཞི་པའི་སྤུ་བཏོགས་ནས་སྐྱེས་བ་སྟག་ལོ་པས་སྙོད། བུ་མོ་སྐྱེས་པའི་སྐྱོན་མེད་པ་སྟག་ལོ་མས་བསྒྲིམས་པའི་སྲད་བུ་སུམ་བསྒྲིལ་ལ་མདུད་པ་བཅུ་བཞི་བོར་ནས། མདུད་པ་རེ་ལ་རྩ་སྔགས་ སུམ་བརྒྱ་སུམ་བརྒྱ་བཏབ་སྟེ། བརླ་སྦོམ་ཕྲའི་མཚམས་སུ་བཏགས་པས་འཁྲུ་བ་ཐེམ་བུ་བཅད་པ་ལྟར་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད་དོ། །འདི་ནི་ལག་ལེན་མ་ནོར་བ་ཡིན་པས་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་ལ་ཕན་ཐོགས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །གསེར་གྱིས་བསླུ་དགོས་པའི་མན་ངག་ལགས་སོ། །ཌཱ་ཀི་ཆེན་མོ་སེང་གེའི་གདོང་ཅན་མའི་སྒོ་ནས་དམར་བཤལ་ལ་སོགས་འཁྲུ་བ་གཅོད་པ་སྔགས་མདུད་ཀྱི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གདམས་པ་ཟབ་མོ་ཨཱི། །ཌཱ་ཀི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་དབང་སྒྱུར་གྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ལ་ཕྱག་

In just a moment, visualize the venerable Lion-faced Dakini, her body dark blue-black, naked, smeared with great ashes, her two hands holding a wheel of concealing wood, her right leg bent with the heel touching the bhaga, her left leg extended, seated on a seat of undifferentiated corpses, flames of wisdom blazing on her body. In this state, recite the root mantra three thousand times. Then, consecrate your own urine with the mantra, drink it on an empty stomach, and wash your face, and you will be able to resist any infectious disease. This is a profound instruction called "Protecting Against Infectious Diseases, the Auspicious Connection of Consecrating Mantra Water" from the activities of the Great Dakini Lion-Faced One. If you want to protect against smallpox, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times over seven peas and wear them, and you will surely be able to prevent it.
