Here, wishing to practice the meditation and recitation of the five deities of Arapatsana as taught in the tantra of "The One Accomplishment of Manjushri the Hero," one should receive empowerment and maintain pure conduct in terms of vows and commitments as the basis. In a secluded place, with bathing and cleanliness, sit on a comfortable seat in the posture of meditation, and visualize the field of refuge clearly. From this time until reaching the essence of enlightenment, I and all beings equal to the sky take refuge in the glorious and holy lamas. I take refuge in the perfectly enlightened Buddhas, the Bhagawans. I take refuge in the sacred Dharma. I take refuge in the noble Sangha. Recite this twenty-one times or as much as possible. Then, with palms joined, I prostrate and take refuge in the lama and the three precious jewels. I beseech you to bless my being. Make this supplication. Then, in order to dispel the darkness of ignorance from all sentient beings and establish them in the state of Buddhahood, I will practice the meditation and recitation of the venerable Manjushri. Generate the mind of enlightenment three times. Instantly, visualize yourself as the venerable Manjushri, and in your heart, on a lotus and moon, the syllable HRIH radiates light. Purify all the sins and obscurations of your body, speech, and mind. The light radiates outwards, inviting the mandala of Manjushri, surrounded by the assembly of lamas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, into the sky in front of you with OM VAJRA SAMĀJAḤ. Considering your body to be immeasurable, with reverence in the three doors, prostrate by reciting NAMO GURU BHYAH NAMAḤ ARYA MANJUSHRI MANDALA SAPARIVARA BHYAH. La, I take refuge. I confess all sins individually. I rejoice in the virtue of beings. I hold the Buddha's Bodhi in mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and supreme Sangha. Until enlightenment, I take refuge. In order to accomplish the benefit of myself and others. I generate the Bodhicitta. Having generated the supreme Bodhicitta. I invite all sentient beings as my guests. I will practice the supreme Bodhisattva conduct. May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Recite this three times as a constant confession. Meditate on the four immeasurables, such as all sentient beings having happiness. By Svabhava, etc., contemplate all phenomena as empty. From the state of emptiness, on top of the solar disc, from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) arises a variegated vajra, blue in the east, yellow in the south, red in the west, green in the north, white in the center, marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at its heart, from which light radiates, below is a vajra ground, the surroundings are a vajra fence, above is a vajra tent and awning, outside everything is within a protective wheel of blazing wisdom fire. In the center of a variegated lotus with thirty-two petals, on top of the solar disc.
