Ra. Thinking that touching the image of any bad dream will transform the production of bad results into a peaceful and auspicious sign. On the twentieth, from two rosaries of mantras, immeasurable emanations of the peaceful form of Tara flow, and from the parts of her body, a stream of nectar descends, pacifying and satisfying the lords of disease and epidemics. Cleansing all sentient beings of sickness and suffering. Again, thinking that immeasurable emanations of wrathful forms flow forth, driving all those who cannot be tamed by peaceful means to the edge of the ocean, and performing the work of protection. On the twenty-first, from two rosaries of mantras, a collection of white, yellow, red, and blue light radiates forth. Thinking that all desired activities of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and wrathful actions will be effortlessly accomplished. 2. Daily Yoga: At any time, such as evening or dawn, with refuge and bodhicitta preceding, such as the supreme Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. From the state of clear light and emptiness, in an instant. In the sky in front, in the center of a captivating cloud of offerings. On top of a stainless lotus and a full moon. The activities of all the Buddhas are gathered into one. The venerable lady, inseparable from the supreme guru. Her body is bright green, with one face and two arms. Peaceful smile, completely perfect with the gestures of marks and signs. With her right hand extended in the gesture of supreme generosity. Fulfilling the wishes of those to be tamed, according to their needs. The left hand represents the Three Jewels, increasing the giving of refuge. Holding an উৎপল (utpala, utpala, blue lotus, blue lotus), she steals all fears of samsara and nirvana. Adorned with various silks and precious jewels. Her two feet are seated in a playful posture, with the right extended and the left bent. Adorned on her head is the lord of the family, Amitabha. Surrounding her are the twenty-one Taras of activity. Guru, yidam, Buddha, Bodhisattva. Dharma protectors, wealth deities, and all the ocean of assemblies. For the sake of liberating myself and limitless beings. May they be present in manifest form, in a joyful manner. Reciting these words or visualizing them in the mind. Noble Tara! And so forth, performing the seven branches in reality, or offering prostrations and offerings in the mind. With strong faith, thinking, "May the venerable Tara bless my being," prostrating twenty-one times, or three, or seven. Reciting the twenty-one Taras and making supplications. Light radiates from the heart of the field of merit. Shining on oneself.

By dissolving at the crown, purify the sins of the body. By dissolving at the throat, purify the sins of speech. By dissolving at the heart, purify the sins of mind. Purify the imprints of manifest clinging and attachment. The blessings of body, speech, and mind enter. Think that the three secrets of the noble venerable mother and your own three doors become inseparable. Thus, all phenomena appearing in this way are merely appearances, emptiness free from the elaborations of arising, ceasing, and abiding, and dependent arising, the union of illusion and dream. Train in the stability of this object of focus. Finally, remember the benefits of reverence for the goddess, etc., and generate certainty while speaking. Offer the seven limbs as a form of gratitude. Aim to stimulate the mindstream and recite as appropriate. Pray to the noble venerable Bhagavati, etc., for the desired purpose. Then, all the fields of merit dissolve into the noble venerable mother in the center. That very one dissolves gradually from the crown of your head downwards. Think that your body dissolves like a rainbow, dissolving into the realm of clear light emptiness. Relax your body and mind, and rest for a moment in a state of clear emptiness, non-conceptual. When rising from that, may I quickly attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings through these virtuous deeds of mine. May sentient beings drowning in the ocean of suffering quickly be placed in supreme enlightenment. Conclude with dedications and aspirations such as these, and engage in virtuous activities. Thus, by focusing single-mindedly on the yoga of time and continuity, or even by continuously praising, all obstacles between the temporary and the ultimate will be pacified, and all worldly and transcendental siddhis will be accomplished as desired. This is certain. May the collection of all the activities of the Buddhas, the practice method, permission, and instructions of the noble venerable mother, the wish-fulfilling jewel of well-done deeds that clearly explains, pour down the desired benefits and happiness of the three realms! This is based on the root ancient texts of the oral transmission of the incomparable Jowo Chenpo, the lineage of permission composed by the omniscient Khenchen Ngawang Chodrak, the practice method, permission, etc., composed by Jetsun Lek Dorje, and other instructions.
