བོར་ཡིག་རྙིང་གི་དགོངས་དོན་དང་མི་འགལ་བར་བླ་མ་དམ་པའི་ཕྱག་གཞེས་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱན་ཏེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་་གསལ་བར་བཀོད་པའོ། །འཕགས་མཆོག་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཆུ་གཏེར་བསྲུབས་པའི་ཕུལ། །རྗེས་གནང་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ཟླ་ཤེལ་གྱི། །བྱིན་རླབས་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟེར་བརྒྱས་ས་གསུམ་ན། །ཐར་བདེའི་སྣང་བ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་སྦྱོང་འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོའམ། ལྷག་པའི་ལྷ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྨིན་བྱེད་ཟབ་མོས་སྐལ་བ་བཟང་པོར་གྱུར་པའི་མིང་གི་ཅོད་པཎ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་དགེ་བའི་དབྱངས་ཞེས་ཀྱང་བགྱི་བའི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བྲལ་མ་ཎི་པས་སུག་བྲིས་སུ་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།། བཅུ་གཅིག་ཞལ་དཔལ་མོ་ལུགས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ལྔ་བསྐོར་གྱི་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བའི་ཆོ་ག་གཞན་ཕན་ཟླ་ཟེར།

此乃不违背古老文献之意，以圣洁上师之行持庄严，而极清晰地撰写而成。圣观世音菩萨慈悲之水海中搅拌之精华，如恩准他人之利益的月亮水晶，以加持甘露之光芒遍布三界，祈愿赐予解脱安乐之殊胜景象。此乃释迦之沙门蒋扬钦哲旺波，或以此殊胜本尊之深奥成熟法，成为具善缘者，亦名图杰格卫央（慈悲善妙之音）之堪布，由王国之隐士嘛呢巴手书，善妙增盛！ །།萨瓦达芒嘎朗巴瓦图（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvada mangalam bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥）。 十一面观音，吉祥天母仪轨，空行五眷属之恩准仪轨，利他月光。

This is written very clearly, adorned with the practice of the holy Lama, without contradicting the meaning of the ancient lost texts. The essence churned from the ocean of compassion of the noble Avalokiteśvara, like the moon crystal that benefits others with empowerment, may the rays of blessing nectar spread throughout the three realms, and may it bestow the supreme vision of liberation and bliss. This was also written by the Sakya monk Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, or the Khenpo, also named Thukje Gewe Yang (Compassionate Virtuous Sound), who became fortunate through the profound ripening practice of this supreme deity, and by the hermit Mani from the kingdom. May goodness and auspiciousness increase! Sarvada Mangalam Bhavatu (藏文，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvada mangalam bhavatu，汉语字面意思：May there be auspiciousness always).
