忏悔罪过后，皈依。猛烈祈祷。然后生起强烈的慈悲心，观想自己心间的吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）发出火焰般的红色光芒，触及彼等（指障碍）心脏中央的字。如此触及，便无法忍受，颤抖着融化。观想融化后，自己心间的莲花中充满火光。之后，观想于彼处，清晰地修持四无量心。然后，观想彼等障碍的形相也悄然融入天座，身语意三被掌控，自己一心专注于本尊瑜伽。之后，行持七支供，猛烈地向障碍祈祷。如此行持，一切障碍和阻碍皆平息，邪魔障碍皆安住于菩提道，此乃特殊的羯磨。圣者心性休息之，窍诀心之甘露精华。稍微增益之善行，愿一切众生皆获胜菩提。如是，多闻瑜伽士蒋扬钦哲旺波，将根本论典的阐释和精华简略地撰写，愿善妙吉祥！
English
After confessing sins, take refuge. Pray intensely. Then generate strong compassion, and visualize that from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) in your heart, red rays of light in the form of fire emerge and touch the letter in the center of their (referring to obstacles) hearts. As soon as they are touched in this way, they cannot bear it and tremble and melt away. Visualize that after melting, the lotus in your heart is filled with fire. After that, focus on that place and clearly meditate on the four immeasurables. Then, visualize that the form of those obstacles also quietly dissolves into the divine seat, and their body, speech, and mind are brought under control, and you focus single-mindedly on the deity yoga. After that, perform the seven-branch offering and pray intensely to the obstacles. By doing so, all obstacles and hindrances will be pacified, and the evil spirits and obstacles will be established on the path to enlightenment, which is a special activity. Rest of the Holy Mind, Essence of the Nectar of the Heart of the Instructions. By the merits of slightly increasing it, may all beings attain supreme enlightenment. Thus, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the renunciate who has heard much, wrote this brief summary of the explanation and essence of the root text. May it be supremely virtuous and auspicious!

愿世间怙主成就，利益八方众生。 一个也不遗漏，愿他们安住于此境地。以此回向发愿作结，不离如幻天显之慢，而行持。一切声响皆如山谷回音般空寂，了知心为光明本觉之智慧。此乃圣者喜悦之劣仆钦哲旺波，将印度论典书写为念诵文，善哉！

May the protector of the world be accomplished, benefiting beings in the eight directions. May not even one be left behind, may they be established in that state. Concluding with this dedication and aspiration, engaging in conduct without separation from the pride of deity appearance being like illusion. May all sounds be known as emptiness like the echo of a cliff, and may the mind be known as the wisdom of clear light, the innate. This was written as a recitation text from the Indian scriptures by Khyentse Wangpo, the least of the servants who pleases the noble ones. May it be virtuous!
