当请求加持时，上师说：“你好像是西藏白龙的儿子，会短命，但智慧会非常大。我也知道延寿的诀窍，她既是我的空行母，也是上师，也叫空行母苏卡玛提，也叫卡恰，也叫成就的王妃，已经三百岁了，从觉姆咕汝咕列处获得了成就。有一个和空行母们一起‘拉迪日日’的人，她白天人们不太能见到，会去往尸陀林，晚上在一个小小的措巴日上点燃一盏能彻夜燃烧的灯，独自居住，所以向她请教。如果她不给，我就说。”于是热琼巴在各个尸陀林里寻找，见到了如上师所说的那样居住的人，献上金曼扎后，请求延寿的诀窍。空行母说：“我今晚会观察对你是否有帮助，如果对你有帮助，明天就传授诀窍。”那天晚上她也在‘拉迪日日’，问：“觉姆您在和谁说话呢？”回答说：“在和空行母们说话。”第二天早上正在想她会说什么时，清晨空行母说：“西藏的瑜伽士，起来吧！你看来有福分，对你会有帮助，你想要活多久？”说完传授了所有的诀窍。尊者热琼巴说：“如果这个诀窍毫不动摇地修持，热琼巴就能活到一百岁。”似乎有这样的说法。因为精通了很多密宗的法，心想我来与不来、死与不死没有区别，时而中断时而不中断地修持，也活了这么久。”说完活到了八十八岁。圣人热琼多杰扎巴，他传给了杰布郭那波，郭那波传给了众生的怙主帕摩竹巴，帕摩竹巴传给了无等嘉瓦达隆巴钦波，是其心髓誓言长寿度母三尊中的一个。像这样进行甚深的长寿灌顶时，加上‘上师的事业成就后’等等。愿融入于谁命脉的刹那，金刚的寿命与智慧之，成就殊胜的光芒照耀，三界吉祥光明！这也是达隆巴精通显密成就自在的智者大德阿旺扎西所说。

When asked for blessings, the Lama said, "You seem to be the son of the White Naga of Tibet. You will have a short life, but your wisdom will be very great. I also know the secret of prolonging life. She is my consort, and also my Lama. She is also called Dakini Sukhamati, also called Khacha, also called the Queen of Accomplishment. She is three hundred years old and has attained accomplishment from Jomo Kurukulle. There is one who does 'lab di ri ri' with the Dakinis. People don't see her much during the day, she goes to the charnel ground. At night, she lights a lamp that can burn all night on a small Tsopari and lives alone, so ask her. If she doesn't give it, I will tell you." So, Rechungpa searched in all the charnel grounds and met the one who lived as the Lama had said. After offering a golden mandala, he asked for the secret of prolonging life. The Dakini said, "Tonight I will see if it will help you or not. If it will help you, I will give you the secret tomorrow." That night she was also doing 'lab di ri ri', so he asked, "Jomo, who are you talking to?" She replied, "I am talking to the Dakinis." The next morning, as he was wondering what she would say, early in the morning the Dakini said, "Tibetan yogi, get up! You seem to be fortunate, so it will help you. How long do you want to live?" After saying that, she gave all the secrets. Jetsun Rechungpa said, "If this secret is practiced without wavering, Rechungpa will live to be a hundred years old." There seems to be such a saying. Because he was proficient in many tantric teachings, he thought, 'It doesn't matter whether I come or not, whether I die or not,' and practiced sometimes interrupting and sometimes not, and he lived this long." After saying that, he lived to be eighty-eight years old. The holy man Rechung Dorje Drakpa, he taught it to Je Bu Gom Nagpo, Gom Nagpo taught it to the Protector of Beings, Pal Phagmo Drupa, Phagmo Drupa offered it to Incomparable Gyalwa Taklungpa Chenpo, it is one of the three heart commitments of Amitayus. In order to perform such a profound long life empowerment, add 'after the activities of the master are accomplished,' etc. May the moment of absorption into whose life force, the vajra life and wisdom, the splendor of the supreme accomplishment, illuminate the three realms with auspicious goodness! This was also said by Pal Taklungpa, the wise, virtuous, and accomplished leader of the flock, Ngawang Tashi.

如同萨迦成就者的论典和上师的仪轨，以简明扼要的方式，是蒋扬喇嘛喜悦之臣——钦哲旺波所著。萨尔瓦 达 噶雅 纳 巴巴度。（藏文：སརྦ་ད་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ，梵文天城体：सर्वदा कल्याणम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvada kalyāṇam bhavatu，汉语字面意思：一切时吉祥） 从尊贵的达隆巴传承下来的无量寿佛成就自在仪轨，报身和化身的灌顶仪轨——不死成就之甘露。

According to the scriptures of the Sakya accomplished ones and the practice of the Lamas, in a concise and clear manner, this was written by Jamyang Lama's delighted servant, Khyentse Wangpo. Sarva da kalyanam bhava tu. (藏文：སརྦ་ད་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ，梵文天城体：सर्वदा कल्याणम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvada kalyāṇam bhavatu，English literal meaning: May there always be auspiciousness.) The empowerment ritual of Amitayus, the accomplished king, according to the system transmitted from the glorious Taglungpa, the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, the nectar of immortal accomplishment.
