Thinking that the precious umbrella arising from the letter Hūṃ, widely pervading the realm of Dharma, adorned with captivating marks, will dispel the heat of afflictions. Recite the mantra "Oṃ nama manta buddha bodhisattvāni ācanda cchatra āvali svāhā" one hundred and eight times, which is a special vidyā. Visualize that the banners of various colors arising from the letter Pā, possess the nature of sacred fame and perfect qualities. Establish the banners by reciting "Oṃ āvajra ketu vajra padaṃ ke adhitiṣṭha paṃ svāhā". Visualize that the great auspicious yak-tail fan with handles of various jewels arises from the letter Caṃ. It is said to wave the yak-tail fans by reciting "Oṃ curu cāmari svāhā". The meditation and recitation of the nectar swirl, which is needed in all the above and below, can be known from the sādhana and subsequent permission that I have written separately. The method of meditation and recitation for the subjugation of obstacles, composed by Jamyang Kunga Lodrö, is as follows: I take refuge in the supreme Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, until enlightenment. By the merit of my meditation and recitation, may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. Oṃ svabhāva-śuddhaḥ sarva-dharmāḥ svabhāva-śuddho 'ham. From emptiness, from the letter Paṃ arises a lotus, and from Oṃ arises the sun, and from my own Hūṃ arises the Subjugator of Obstacles, with a blue body, one face, two arms, and three eyes, the right hand holding a vajra aloft, and the left hand holding a lasso with a threatening gesture at the heart. The hair is reddish-brown and stands on end, with a wrathful expression, adorned with jewels and snakes. Wearing a tiger skin skirt, sitting with the right leg bent and the left leg extended. On the forehead is Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), on the throat is Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: आः,Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ,Literal Chinese meaning: 阿), and on the heart is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). From the rays of light of Hūṃ, arises the wisdom being similar to oneself. Oṃ vajra samāja! Jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ! Again, rays of light emanate, inviting the deities of empowerment. Oṃ vajra samāja! Oṃ abhiṣiñcatu maṃ. Vajrī bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Empowered, adorned with Akṣobhya on the crown. Oṃ āvibhānta kṛtvā hūṃ. Recite as much as possible. By this virtue, may I quickly attain the state of the Wrathful King, and may I place all beings, without exception, on that ground. This is the meditation and recitation for the subjugation of obstacles that comes from the Hundred Methods, therefore, build a statue.

As most craftsmen consider the manufacturing process as eliminating obstacles, in the creation of embossed sculptures, once this permission is obtained, one can measure, repeat the creation, and stop the creation, and avoid temporary distractions such as walking, sitting, lying down, and speaking by dedicating the merit. It is said that there is no need to worry about anything. Generally, all three types of musical instruments, including the hand drum, should be visualized as Amitabha and blessed, but special rituals are mentioned in classics such as Kriyamudra, and for auspiciousness, a brief record is made. The scripture says, "It should be painted with various colors, and any standard colored garland will shine. Burning with red pigment and bringing auspiciousness. The one with a pleasant sound when struck is the hand drum." Etc., hand drums that meet the standards and characteristics should be made separately, and with auspicious verses, the mantra for preventing hail mentioned in the "Manjushri Warrior Accomplishment Method" should also be copied. After decoration, it should be respectfully placed on a jewel throne in the northeast direction. Visualize the huge hand drum born from the དྷི ཡིག་(Tibetan seed syllable)as the embodiment of wisdom and knowledge, the essence of the Great Mother. ཨོ་དྷིཤུ་ཏི་སྨྲ་ཏི་ག་ཏི་བི་ཛ་ཡེ་པྲ་ཛྙཱ་པྲ་ཛྙཱ་བ་ལ་དྷིདྷ་ར་ཎི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning)Recite one hundred and eight times to praise it. Recite the Essence of Dependent Origination three times and auspicious verses, and scatter flowers. Place it on a carefully arranged throne above the gatehouse. When striking, regard it as the essence of the Great Mother, prostrate and place it on the shoulder. First, in the manner of prostrating to the Three Jewels, strike the cymbals three times in advance, and believe that the profound sound of the Dharma, which arises and reverses according to the law of dependent origination, will not be interrupted. Strike three times in the manner of arising and withdrawing, and finally strike the three tops symbolizing integration into the Three Bodies, etc. The benefits of striking in accordance with the Dharma are: In the temple, if one remembers the ritual, three, four, or five times a day, striking the hand drum through peaceful meditation, then the merits of that place will be complete, and the practitioners will surely abide steadfastly. Wherever the sound is heard, the prosperity of wealth and people
