The red Suroma and the white Kyangma on the left, two ghee lamps the size of barley awns, are placed inside the central channel below the navel. Clearly visualize them extending upwards from the crown of the head to the two nostrils, like a curved bow. From the left, right, and center, eliminate impure air three times each. Identify which nostril the air flows through, and when it enters, remember white Om When it abides, remember red. When it exits, remember blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and hold the mind. The subtle practice is, the air is as before, when entering, visualize white light, when abiding, red, when exiting, blue. The extremely subtle practice is, make the sound of entering, abiding, and rising the object of mind, and hold the mind. Gradually, become stable with the former practice and then enter the latter. Second, the signless completion stage is, first, become accustomed to the dependent calm abiding. Then, introduce the wisdom of dependent insight, and finally, obtain the methods of resting in the union of calm abiding and insight from the mouth of a lama who possesses experience. Here, for those who have a little understanding, the method of constant practice is: the body should possess the seven features of Vairochana. The key point of the eyes is to gaze without blinking at the sky about a cubit above the space between the eyebrows. The key point of speech is to count the twenty-one breaths without confusion and remain in its own state. With the mind, determine that the creator of all phenomena included in samsara and nirvana is one's own mind. Also, understand that the mind arises from the collection of causes, conditions, and interdependent relationships, like an illusion. Therefore, visualize oneself as a deity body like a rainbow, just making it clear in the mind. Do not chase after past thoughts that have passed away from that, do not welcome the future that has not yet come, and do not calculate the present moment of awareness. In the midst of experiencing, relax and loosen into the state of clear, naked awareness, free from all extremes of expression. If a thought suddenly arises, do not make any modifications to it, but continue the practice. That is, first tighten completely, in the middle loosen, and finally, cultivate in the union of generation and completion stages in the manner of maintaining one's own state. In the end, rays of light radiate from the HRIH (种子字) in one's heart, and all the outer and inner phenomena of the three realms dissolve into light and merge into oneself. One's own clear visualization as the Great Compassionate One also gradually dissolves into light.

The merging in the heart. Also, one should contemplate becoming the state of non-objective, clear light emptiness, and rest in the state of clear awareness without grasping. Third, the methods of practicing and applying the transference yoga, as well as the incidental bardo yoga, should be learned from the instruction manual. Second, the yoga of rising from equipoise has two aspects: six special yogas and three common practices. The first also has six aspects. Among them, the yoga of conduct during breaks is as follows: From the state of clear light equipoise, again, in an instant, visualize oneself as the form of Great Compassion, marked with white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) at the crown, red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) at the throat, and blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the heart. Then, make aspirations such as, "By this virtue, may I quickly," etc. When engaging in activities, visualize all containers as celestial mansions, seats as lotus moons, and the contents as the form of Great Compassion. Since oneself is visualized as the union of all, enjoy whatever appears as the play of deities and wisdom. The yoga of eating food is as follows: Bless the food as nectar with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), and then offer the first portion to the lama. Finally, visualize oneself as the union of all deities and enjoy without attachment. The yoga of wearing clothes is as follows: Visualize the clothes as divine garments, Pancalika, with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), and then visualize offering them to the lama, the union of all, at the crown, and to oneself as the union of all deities, and wear them. The yoga of sleeping has two aspects. The one with signs is as follows: Rest in the lion posture, visualizing a Great Compassion form the size of a thumb in the heart. Then, generate devotion to the lama at the crown, who descends from the Brahma aperture and resides at the crown of the deity in the heart. The white light of the deity illuminates the lama, and the red light of the lama illuminates the deity. Focus on the entire body being illuminated by the light of both and fall asleep. The one without signs is as follows: As previously explained, gather all appearances of containers and contents into clear light, visualizing them as deities. Bless them with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) and fall asleep, thus grasping the clear light of sleep. The yoga of transforming dreams is as follows: Remember that all daytime appearances are dream states. Before going to sleep, sit in a squatting position and pray to the lama at the crown: "I pray to the glorious and precious lama, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times. May I recognize dreams as dreams and practice, increase, and transform them."
