དག་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་དང་། ནང་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྐུ་དང་། དེ་དག་ཀྱང་སྣང་ལ་རང་བཞིན་མ་གྲུབ་པ་ཆུ་ཟླའམ་འཇའ་ཚོན་ལྟ་བུར་གནས་བསྒྱུར་ནས། ཐ་མལ་གྱི་སྣང་ཞེན་བཙན་ཐབས་སུ་སྤངས། ཁྱད་པར་བར་དོའི་སྐབས་སུ་ཕ་མ་ལ་ཆགས་སྡང་གི་རྟོག་པས་སྐྱེ་གནས་བཟང་པོར་སྐྱེ་བའི་གེགས་བྱེད་པས་ན། ཆགས་པའི་གཉེན་པོར་སྐྱེ་འགག་གནས་གསུམ་གྱི་རྩ་གདར་བཅད་དེ་བདེན་སྟོང་གིས་རྒྱས་འདེབས་པ་དང་། སྡང་བའི་གཉེན་པོར་འགྲོ་ཀུན་ཕ་མར་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པའི་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་བློས་སྤངས་ཏེ་བསམ་བཞིན་དུ་སྲིད་པ་ཉེ་བར་བཟུང་བ་དང་། སྐྱེ་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུའང་དལ་འབྱོར་གྱི་རྟེན་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཐོབ་ཅིང་། ལམ་འདི་སྟོན་པའི་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་ནས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ་ཉམས་སུ་བླངས་བ་ལ་བརྟེན་ཚེ་གཅིག་གིས་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པ་ཞིག་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པའི་འདུན་པ་དང་། དེ་ལྟར་བྱེད་ནུས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་སྙམ་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་དང་། དེ་ལྟར་བྱེད་ནུས་པར་བླ་མ་དང་དཀོན་མཆོག་མཁྱེན་སྙམ་པའི་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་གསུམ་ལ་ཆིག་སྒྲིལ་དུ་འབད་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་། མདོར་ན། གང་ཤར་ངོས་འཛིན་ལྟ་བའི་གནད། །དེ་ལ་མ་ཡེངས་སྒོམ་པའི་གནད། །དྲན་པ་རོ་སྙོམས་སྤྱོད་པའི་གནད། །གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོའི་གདམས་ངག་གོ །ཞེས་གསུངས་པའི་དོན། དུས་དང་རྣམ་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་གང་ཤར་གྱི་རྟོག་པ་ངོས་བཟུང་སྟེ་བདེན་མེད་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུར་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལྟ་བའི་གནད། དེའི་ངང་དུ་བྱིང་རྒོད་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱོན་སྤངས་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག་པ་ནི་སྒོམ་པའི་གནད། རྗེས་ཐོབ་ཏུའང་སྣང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྨི་ལམ་དང་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུར་དྲན་པས་བདེ་སྡུག་རོ་སྙོམས་པ་ནི་སྤྱོད་པའི་གནད་དོ། །ཚུལ་དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཉམས་ལེན་གྱིས་སྒྲུབ་པ་སྙིང་པོར་བྱ་བ་ནི་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་མིའི་གཟུགས་སུ་སྣང་བ་ ངོ་མཚར་བའི་རྣམ་ཐར་ཉི་ཤུས་མཛེས་པའི་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོ་མི་ཏྲ་ཛོ་ཀིའི་གདམས་ངག་ཟབ་མོ་སངས་རྒྱས་སྒྲུབ་བའི་ལམ་ཚང་ལ་མ་ནོར་བ་ཡིན་པས་དལ་བའི་རྟེན་ལ་སྙིང་པོ་ཅི་ནུས་སུ་བླང་བར་བྱའོ། །སྨྲས་པ། དེ་ལྟར་འཕགས་བོད་གྲུབ་པ་མཆོག་རྣམས་ཀྱི། །ལམ་བཟང་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཤིང་རྟ་འདིར། །མཐའ་ཀླས་ཡིད་ཅན་རྩེ་དགས་རོལ་པའི་མོད། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོའི་གྲོང་དུ་གཤེགས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་རང་སློབ་སྤོང་པ་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གཞོལ་བའི་དགེ་སློང་འཇམ་དཔལ་བསྟན་འཛིན་

清净的刹土和所有内涵， 都是大悲观世音菩萨的化身，并且这些显现却无自性，如水月或彩虹般安住而转变，从而强制性地舍弃平凡的显现执着。尤其在中阴时期，对父母的贪恋和嗔恨之念会阻碍投生善趣，因此，作为贪恋的对治，断除生、住、灭三者的根本，以真谛空性来扩充；作为嗔恨的对治，以忆念一切众生皆为父母的大慈悲心来舍弃，从而如愿地受生。愿生生世世都能获得暇满人身，并且依靠跟随开示此道的具相善知识，如理修持，从而在一生中获得双运果位。要这样发愿，愿能如此成办，上师和本尊请垂知，要一心一意地祈祷这三者。总而言之， 任运显现，认知乃见之要； 于此不散，禅修乃修之要； 忆念平等，行持乃行之要； 此乃大成就者之口诀。 如是所说之义：无论何时何地，都要认知任运显现的念头，了知其无实如同虚空，这是见之要。于此状态中，断除沉掉等过失，一心专注安住，这是修之要。后得位时，也要忆念一切显现如梦如幻，对乐与苦保持平等心，这是行之要。以如是之修行作为核心，乃是观世音菩萨显现为人形，以二十种稀有传记庄严的大成就者米扎佐吉的甚深口诀，是完整无误的成佛之道，因此要尽力在闲暇之身中撷取精华。如是说： 如此印度藏地成就诸圣尊， 成为殊胜正道之车乘， 无边有情欢悦嬉戏之时， 愿能前往菩提心之都城。 这也是一心专注于精进修习禅定的比丘蒋华丹增，为自己的弟子所说。

Pure realms and all their contents, Are the embodiment of great compassion, and these appearances are without inherent existence, abiding and transforming like a water moon or a rainbow, thereby forcibly abandoning ordinary appearances and attachments. Especially in the bardo state, the thoughts of attachment and aversion towards parents hinder rebirth in a good realm. Therefore, as an antidote to attachment, cut off the root of arising, abiding, and ceasing, and expand with the truth of emptiness; as an antidote to aversion, abandon it with the great compassion of remembering all beings as parents, thereby willingly taking rebirth. May we obtain a particularly precious leisure and endowment in all lifetimes, and by relying on following a qualified spiritual friend who teaches this path, and practicing accordingly, may we attain the state of union in one lifetime. May we have such aspirations, may we be able to accomplish this, may the Guru and Yidam know, and may we strive to unite these three in one. In short, Whatever arises, recognizing is the key to the view; Without distraction from it, meditation is the key to practice; Mindfulness of equanimity, is the key to conduct; This is the instruction of the great accomplished one. The meaning of what is said: At all times and in all circumstances, recognize the thoughts that arise spontaneously, and know them to be unreal like the sky, this is the key to the view. In this state, abandon the faults of sinking and excitement, and abide single-pointedly, this is the key to meditation. In the post-meditation state, also remember all appearances as dreams and illusions, and maintain equanimity towards happiness and suffering, this is the key to conduct. Making such practice the essence is the profound instruction of the great accomplished Mitra Joki, adorned with twenty wondrous biographies, who is the embodiment of Avalokiteśvara appearing in human form, and is the complete and unerring path to Buddhahood, therefore, one should strive to extract the essence from the leisure body as much as possible. Thus it is said: Thus, the accomplished holy ones of India and Tibet, Become a chariot of the supreme path, At the time when limitless sentient beings joyfully frolic, May we go to the city of the heart of Bodhi. This was also said by the monk Jampal Tenzin, who is single-mindedly devoted to diligently practicing meditation, for his own disciples.
