Self merges into self, gradually light dissolves into emptiness. After this, in order not to be interrupted by other distractions, in the state of inseparable union of calm abiding and insight, free from elaborations and emptiness, remain evenly in whatever state it is. When starting to rise from that session, again in an instant, visualize yourself as the form of Great Compassion. Knowing all phenomena and beings as illusory, with great compassion for all beings who have not realized this, may I quickly attain the state of Great Compassion through this root of virtue. May all beings pervading the sky, without exception, be established in that state. Thus, dedicate and pray. In all intervals between sessions, one should also train in not separating from seeing the three aspects of appearance, sound, and awareness as the play of the three secrets of the noble ones. Secondly, after offering and giving away one's own body, completely abandon all attachments. Through the union of the light channel, cast the mind into the Tushita heaven. Practice the meaning of this. In the space in front, visualize as in the Guru Yoga of the assembly field. Your own mind, the form of Great Compassion, shoots out forcefully. The Guru on the crown of the head abides in front of Great Compassion, and prays: Please, relying on this body of mine, complete the vast accumulation of merit. After praying thus, light radiates from the Guru's heart, striking the old body, making it a vast and oily field of accumulation. The head is cut off three times in the manner of one growing after another, becoming three skull cups. In addition, from the Guru's heart, a offering goddess holding a curved knife emanates. The skull of the body is cut open from between the eyebrows and placed inside, and the body is cut into pieces. From the Guru's mouth, the syllables Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) are spoken three times, purifying all impurities and increasing the pure wisdom nectar like the sky. Again, countless offering goddesses holding skull cups in their right hands emanate, taking from the stream of nectar and offering to all the root and lineage Gurus, Yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians. The two accumulations are completed, and the two obscurations are purified. The remainder of the nectar is given to the guests of the six realms, transforming into whatever desired objects they wish, and by enjoying them, their bodies and minds are filled with uncontaminated bliss.

Think thus: Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Recite much and clearly and attentively visualize the forms of the object, and finally rest in a state of non-objectification. Then, knowing that there is no certainty about enemies and friends, and that wealth and the body have no essence, cut off the ties with them. In the sky of the Thirty-Three on top of Mount Meru, in the center of the perfectly arranged Tushita Pure Land, Maitreya, the Victorious One, faces our Jambudvipa. In the center of your own empty body, visualize the central channel, with its lower end closed about four finger-widths below the navel, and its upper end open at the Brahma aperture. At the heart, clearly visualize the deity Avalokiteshvara and others, the essence of the inseparability of wind and mind. This is the embodiment of all refuges. Pray to the Lama Maitreya, may I completely cut off attachment to self-grasping, and may I be blessed to transfer my consciousness to Tushita. (After reciting this prayer) A yellow tube of light emerges from the heart of the Victorious Maitreya and pierces your crown. At the same time, a hook of light extends from it and passes down the central channel. It hooks the hair of the Great Compassionate One, your own mind, at the heart. Generate the thought that this light is the path, the thought that you yourself are going on that path, and the thought of transferring to the heart of the Lord. In this state of having these three thoughts, pray intensely, and as it is pulled up completely and touches the heart, remember that the mind of the Victorious One and your own mind have become inseparably mixed. Again, be content to remain in your own place. Practice in this way again and again. When concluding the session, think that the tube of light is gradually cut off and that the yellow light swirling around your Brahma aperture is blocked. When applying it to actual practice, do not visualize descending, but remain in the state in which the mind of the Victorious Maitreya and your own mind are inseparably mixed. Third, understand this (practice) in the Bardo, transform the outer, inner, and secret, and with the yoga of emptiness and compassion, the wise should connect the continuum. Practice the meaning of this. First, think that all appearances during the day are like dreams. When you become proficient in this, and you recognize dreams as dreams, then strongly desire to remember all daytime appearances as Bardo. When you become accustomed to this, all outer vessels
