Therefore, the one and only certain place to reach in the end is called the ground of great bliss. From the complete purification of the four confusions of the ground state, the original absence of obscurations and so on become manifest. How, according to reason and in sequence, the net of illusion, the twenty aspects, the five aspects, the four bodies characterized by enlightenment in a single instant, the four heroes such as the samaya-being, and the complete purification of the ground and path, is that omniscience? By the distinction of the four vajras, it is also established as the four bodies. In short, when the seven-limbed means of mind, which is free from obscurations, becomes manifest, body, speech, and mind appear in all ways, and from the other shore, all kinds of things arise as long as samsara exists, and it is said to be abiding in its own nature, free from all things and without anything arising. Thus, in the distinctions of union, the buddha-ground of all-pervading light, the lotus-possessor, the ground of the great assembly of the wheel of letters, the empowerment of Vajradhara, the ground of the wisdom guru, and the ground of great bliss are cultivated in sequence and attained all at once. As it is said in the "Praise of Names": "From the definite emergence of the three vehicles, one abides in the fruit of the one vehicle." Among the four tantras, the first is the path sequence of the action tantra: the basis is the individual who holds the pratimoksha vows, who cultivates the continuum with bodhicitta, and who practices the three conducts. This is not explained in the Paramitas, and it is superior because it achieves the result by practicing it in excess of all the paths explained in the Paramitas. Among these, the first is the entering conduct: either the general three kinds of rituals spoken of in the general tantras, or receiving empowerment in the respective mandalas, thereby becoming one who possesses the vows of mantra. The conduct of combining: first, one makes one's own suchness emptiness go before. In front, one invites the deities of the mandala that one desires. One practices the yoga with signs, such as offering praise to them. The conduct of accomplishment: As it is said in the "Later Contemplation," in a place where favorable conditions are complete, having abandoned unfavorable conditions, one abides in fire, abides in sound, the suchness of the limit of sound, and so on, the samadhi without signs.

Therefore, it should be practiced. Thus, the initial conduct indicates the basis, the individual, and the latter indicates the actual path. These two enable one to achieve the temporary result up to the first ground, and ultimately attain the three bodies adorned with the sixty-four qualities of separation and maturation. Secondly, the path sequence of the Action Tantra is: the cause is the basis, the individual; the condition is the sequence of the path; the result is the Buddha-ground. Firstly, the chief of the lineage possesses the three perfections of body, speech, and mind. Secondly, there are two ways to tame the mind through the path of the perfections, and then to enter the tantra. The first is that initially, entering here requires the mind of enlightenment, and taming the mind through the six perfections, etc. The latter is necessarily taught in the Vajrapani empowerment tantra. Secondly, there are three practices: Firstly, the outer entry is to enter the mandala and, having received empowerment, to abide in vows and commitments; the inner entry is twofold: with-signs worldly and without-signs transcendent yoga. Among these, the without-signs is the mind abiding in the samadhi that realizes no self-nature, as long as desired. The with-signs is that initially, through the preliminary practices such as guarding the self-abiding yoga, one meditates on the thusness of emptiness of the self from the perspective of the self. That is also like an illusion, like the sky, meditating sequentially, thereby establishing no self-nature. Then, visualizing as the deity's body, and blessing through mantras and mudras, etc. Then, the second basis is to visualize the Buddha's body in front of oneself, and placing the mantra in its heart, thereby stabilizing the samadhi. In the practice of application, there are the four limbs of outer recitation with signs and the four limbs of inner recitation. The without-signs is that the deity's body is also understood as merely imputed, abiding in mere self-awareness and performing mental recitation. In the practice of accomplishment, the outer accomplishment is obtaining objects such as swords, thereby accomplishing the accomplishment of knowledge-holders, etc. The inner accomplishment is that by meditating on the mandala of the inner four elements, one obtains the twenty-five superknowledges, and simultaneously one can also accomplish the related with-signs accomplishments. The result is the Buddha-ground, that is, the cause by which one accomplishes, and thereby
