The remaining of the Sangha is for that return, and likewise, the person with remaining qualities. The downfall is proclaimed in three ways. The first is the Parajika, which is said to be four, because it is extremely heavy. If these occur frequently, it is the decline of the Bhikshus. Thus, the teacher with a small tone, the virtues spoken of in the Dharma, if one cannot clearly know the tone, there is no prohibition on studying in a quiet place. For the sake of the teacher's Dharma being beautiful, it is not with a mind possessed by afflictions. Thus, the one with loving-kindness, after guarding the precepts, gently takes the lice, gathers them, and in the holes of the walls, etc., the compassionate one places them. Thus, attending to the sick who keep the precepts, without stinginess in Dharma and wealth, the Lama who advises at the right time, is the one who perfectly possesses the qualities of a Lama. Possessing the manner of abiding, possessing wisdom, being gentle and patient, and always respecting the Lama. Thus, when a Bhikshu who is skilled in Sutras, etc., hears that a path-maker has arrived, up to three and a half Yojanas, after erecting banners, etc., as preliminaries, the Sangha strikes the Ghandi and welcomes him with their own strength. After arriving, with joy, the possessions obtained are also given there by the Sangha together. The dwelling, seat, bedding, etc., are always given to them with respect. Thus, the image of the body, the Stupa of the Sugata, the teachings are also clearly written. If they are old or destroyed, the Bhikshu should repair them again. Thus, one should not step over the Stupa, the image of the body, the shadow, and the Mandala. For the sake of necessity, one should step over after reciting the verses of the Sugata first. After that, the nature of impermanence is proclaimed, listening to the Dharma and giving alms. These are for generating renunciation and also for dispelling sorrow. Why? Because all conditioned phenomena change due to conditions, like dew drops moved by the wind on the tip of grass, they are impermanent. Thus, on the walls of the palaces, write the previous birth stories of the Thubpa, for example, all Taras and the Moonbeam Patient Speaker, etc. In the Vinaya of monasteries, etc., in order to clearly increase the faith of the world, this explanation of the drawing ritual, the compassionate one has kindly permitted. Thus, the measure of the mountain of the Sugata's son, the image of the body.

It is appropriate to build excellent stupas, with four equal sides, beautifully decorated. The steps and other parts are arranged in order, with two, three, four, and five levels. The number of levels for the fruit is seven, and the size of the umbrella should also conform to the standard. The builder of the stupa should possess merit and be suitable for every sentient being. Around the stupa, the size of the teacher's umbrella is not fixed; one hundred, one thousand, or one million can be built. For those who practice asceticism, the number of levels for the umbrella is thirteen, and it is said that it does not need rain-covering facilities. In each direction, there are two disciples, with the teacher's stupa in the center, and the rest arranged in order. The above is about the chapter on praising the Vinaya, including the beginning, the main body, and the conclusion. The first part includes praise, vowing to write, and humility. The second part includes: praising it as the basis of all merits; praising it for its protection; how to obtain it; praising it because the three aggregates of Bodhi are the Buddha; praising it as the cause of the Dharma, doing one's best; praising it from the perspective of being difficult to obtain, i.e., the Buddha does not abide in the world; praising it from the perspective of metaphor, i.e., immovable; praising it because it is similar to the teacher, i.e., the Victorious One; praising it because it is more excellent than the Sugata, i.e., one should prostrate to it; the object of praise, i.e., to generate reverence with the cause of offering; stating faults, i.e., transcending sins including killing. Here, now, the Vinaya Pratimoksha is praised with the explanation of the Pratimoksha, with ten aspects in total. The transgressions mentioned here refer to the precepts like a bamboo forest and the natural sins like a mother's vegetable garden. When these are broken, it is like the anger of a king, violating the teachings of the Victorious One. By breaking the vows, from then on, like a slave suffering the pain of being punished by a king, one experiences countless sufferings. Therefore, even the slightest precept should not be indulged. Who gave away his own head, like a jewel shining with light, and the consorts like blooming golden lotuses. Diligently practiced for the benefit of all beings, attained the supreme Bodhi. Showed the peaceful Dharma and Vinaya, I prostrate to him. Who obtained the evil destinies of...

Surely liberated from all fears, having cut off all the bonds of existence and become nirvana, saving all from the bottomless ocean of samsara, to that single scripture of the Sugatas, which is like a boat, I prostrate. Whoever is full of all qualities, who has become a sacred place of merit, even if a little is offered, the fruit greatly increases, the Sugata's son, who is worthy of worship by all, I praise. The eight noble persons, the noble assembly adorned with good conduct, I also prostrate. Thus it is said. Clarifying the meaning of the Sugata-garbha (Tathagatagarbha).
