Therefore, since the heart of the noble one resides here, do not grieve, and receive fervent prayers. In the future, we will together perform the deeds of taming beings. First, in the Lotus Land and Vajra Seat, as well as in Zahor, Kashmir, Ngayab Ling, and so on, we will take many rebirths to guide beings. In times of strife in Tibet, at the end of the world, in the Ngari region surrounded by Lake Mapang, like a mountain with Mount Tise (Mount Kailash) at its center, arranged like bells. Like Mount Gandri (Gandri Mountain) with its fragrant groves towering, like Koking Mountain covered with flowers. In the center, like the heart of a blooming white lotus, is Mount Kayo, shaped like a conch shell spiraling to the right. It is a place where trees, wild animals, and birds gather. In the center of the four towns is a wondrous city. Pantsang City cannot be conquered by armies, it is the prince of the lord of men, Jnaneshvara. The essence of the jewel will be born in the Water Male Dragon year. The supreme being will manifest from the womb, known as the life force of the teachings, the name of the all-knowing one. These five consorts now will also be born as sisters at that time. All of them will be placed among the ordained nuns who uphold the vows. The protector of the world, I, at that time, in order to increase the ocean of merit of beings, will build wondrous and extraordinary Trashi Gomang (Auspicious Many-Doored Stupa), and so on, the body representations of the Buddhas, and the vast ocean of scriptures. It will be established in the place of Dorje Drakmo Gyal. The conch of the Great Vehicle Dharma will be blown, and the great banner will be raised. The drums of explanation, debate, and composition will be beaten, and glory will be enjoyed. Those beings who see, hear, and remember will quickly attain enlightenment. At that time, the thirteen great inner ministers will also appear as virtuous individuals equal to me in qualities. They will do the work of dispelling the darkness of Tibet. Do not doubt this, accept it honestly. At that time, Minister Mgar, who has obtained leisure and endowment, should generate mental strength and not weaken in effort. By no means let things be wasted, keep it in your heart. Since there is no certainty when one will die, one must strive diligently. Suffering arises from sin, so abandon non-virtue. Samsara is affliction, so abandon carelessness. Now, in the central region of snowy Tibet, all beings born and having obtained a human body with leisure and endowment, must strive to learn qualities and not be lazy. No other actions are needed, just have faith, respect, and devotion. Make prostrations and circumambulations to this Rasa (Lhasa). Prophesied by the twelve-cubit-tall saint.

When Lhasa (Lhasa) is threatened by water in the future, for the sake of the Nagas, before going to the ocean, take good care of it until then. I instruct you in this way.
