有成就！四部之大孔雀母，八大菩萨近子，十六舞女，十忿怒尊，护方尊者，吉祥怙主白方之，祈请诸神与护法之意续，亲近与修持事业增上，赐予成就之时已到，愿能无余摧灭诸毒，愿能无余息灭疾病邪魔，愿能无余驱散摧毁怨敌魔障，现在就请赐予一切成就！根本咒语于下： ཀ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨོཾ༔ （藏文） （梵文天城体） （梵文罗马拟音，Kaya siddhi om） （汉语字面意思，身成就 嗡） ཝཀྐ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ༔（藏文） （梵文天城体） （梵文罗马拟音，Vak siddhi ah） （汉语字面意思，语成就 阿） ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔（藏文） （梵文天城体） （梵文罗马拟音，Citta siddhi hum） （汉语字面意思，意成就 吽） སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧྲི༔（藏文） （梵文天城体） （梵文罗马拟音，Sarva siddhi hrih） （汉语字面意思，一切成就 舍） 诸神融入所依物，或者前往法界，乃是收摄诸神之次第：自心放光，将外内坛城收摄于诸神，诸神亦安住于无所缘之状态，于彼状态中自生，自显智慧大身，恒常之行持，噫玛火！其后以吉祥作结尾：嗡！圆满具足……等。嗡！愿以种姓咒语大孔雀母，摧灭无明之毒而吉祥！愿以大孔雀母五种相，五毒自解脱而吉祥！调伏有情菩萨眷属众，愿能自在所辖之地而吉祥！愿以十六舞女之王，摧灭二取分别而吉祥！愿以十位护方大忿怒尊，摧灭十不善业而吉祥！愿以吉祥怙主清净眷属白方，带来善妙光明而吉祥！此处以胜者降伏怨敌之谛实力，极其……等。 扎亚扎亚苏扎亚！如是成办亦……等。愿其如是成办！于甚深莲师心滴中，于甚深度母之支分中，开示摧毒孔雀之口诀，于扎巴门觉岗之圣山脚下，于噶举上师之座，由诸佛与上师亲见，智慧空行母赐予表号，为圆满利仁朗利巴之伏藏尾声，善妙降伏，具足先前修习者，玛托仁钦佐贝嘎，于永增上师之转世者，以德威阿玉之名号，于具法自在者劝请之故，三禅耶谢林巴，于不退转般顿现，以无碍之方式书写文字，愿能成为周遍摧灭，众生一切罪苦诸毒之因，愿吉祥光明周遍三有世间。

May it be accomplished! Great Mayuri of the four lineages, Eight close sons of the Bodhisattva, Sixteen dancers, ten wrathful ones, Guardians of the directions, glorious protectors of the white side, Arouse the mind-streams of gods and guardians! May the time to bestow attainments arrive as the practice and accomplishment increase! May you completely destroy all poisons, May you completely eliminate all diseases and evil spirits, May you completely scatter and destroy enemies and obstacles, Now, please bestow all attainments! The root mantra is below: Kaya siddhi om (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Body accomplishment Om) Vak siddhi ah (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Speech accomplishment Ah) Citta siddhi hum (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Mind accomplishment Hum) Sarva siddhi hrih (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，All accomplishment Hrih) The assembly of deities is absorbed into the support, Or they depart into the realm of Dharma, This is the sequence of gathering the assembly of deities: Light radiates from one's heart, The environment and beings of the mandala are absorbed into the deities, The deities also remain in a state of non-objectification, From that state, self-arisen, The self-arisen great body of wisdom, The constant conduct, Emaho! Then adorn the end with auspiciousness: Om! Perfectly endowed...etc. Om! May auspiciousness arise from the great peacock mother of the lineage mantra, destroying the poison of ignorance! May auspiciousness arise from the five forms of the great peacock mother, the five poisons self-liberating! May auspiciousness arise from the assembly of beings taming Bodhisattvas and Bodhisattvas, in the realm of their power! May auspiciousness arise from the sixteen kings of the sky dancers, destroying dualistic thoughts! May auspiciousness arise from the ten great wrathful protectors of the directions, destroying the ten non-virtues! May auspiciousness arise from the glorious protector, the white side of the pure lineage, bringing the light of virtue and goodness! Here, by the truth of the victorious one, the enemy-conquering one, Extremely...etc. Jaya Jaya Sujaya! Thus, accomplishing also...etc. May it be accomplished in that way! In the profound heart drop of the sacred Dharma Padma, In the part of the profound Tara, The oral instructions of the poison-destroying peacock are shown, At the foot of the sacred mountain of Zhagdra Ngondga, At the seat of the Kagyu lamas, Having been seen by the Buddhas and lamas, The wisdom Dakini gave symbolic signs, To complete the unfinished treasure ending of Rigdzin Lungrig Lingpa, Well-descended, possessing the remainder of previous practice, Mato Rinchen Zodpai Gar, In the reincarnation of Yongdzin Lama, Bearing the name of Dewi Ayu, At the urging of the one with power over Dharma, Samten Yeshe Lingpa, Suddenly arose in a non-returning way, And wrote the letters in an unobstructed manner, May it become the cause of completely destroying all the suffering and poisons of all beings, May the auspicious light pervade the three realms of existence.
