Tso Gyalmo! Indistinguishable emanation, Machik Labkyi Dron! With the ocean of magical, vast protectors! With devotion and longing, I invite you to this place! With immeasurable great compassion, please consider us! Bestow the great blessings of body, speech, and mind upon the three doors of us fortunate ones gathered here! Bestow the blessing of body, may bliss and warmth blaze in the body! Bestow the blessing of speech, may power arise in speech! Bestow the blessing of mind, may realization arise in the mind! Bestow the supreme empowerment of the five self-arisen wisdoms! Please ripen and liberate us in this life! At the end of the root mantra: Oṃ āḥ hūṃ jñāna vajra aveśaya pheṃ pheṃ! Signs of arrival arise in body, speech, and mind! Seal the three places with vajra! May it be stable until enlightenment! Tiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā! Saying this, rest in non-conceptualization! Samaya! The five empowerments of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, and their related meanings, are explained. First, the empowerment of body: Place the vase on the crown of the disciple's head. Oṃ! The empty-clear, unobstructed expanse of Dharma! From the vase, the basis for the completion of samsara and nirvana! The stream of nectar of the three kayas and wisdoms! By bestowing empowerment on the fortunate body! May it ripen into the body of a dakini! At the end of the root mantra, recite as follows: Kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ! Place the body support of the dakini on the crown of the head. The chief of all dakinis of the three places! Meditate on the deity form of appearance-emptiness, illusion! Purify the obscurations of clinging to duality of the body! May it ripen into the nirmanakaya! At the end of the root mantra: Abhiṣiñca oṃ! Taking the form of the five classes of dakinis! Hūṃ! Although the outer and inner five elements are pure! The five wisdom kayas are spontaneously accomplished! By bestowing the empowerment of the five classes of dakinis! May the aggregates, elements, and sense bases be purified! Recite the root mantra as before: Harinisa abhiṣiñca oṃ! Place the mantra book of speech empowerment on the throat. Āḥ! The winds of impure, deluded karma! The sound of self-arisen mantra that purifies! By entrusting this life syllable of the dakini! May the empowerment of the speech of Brahma be attained! At the end of the root mantra: Vākka abhiṣiñca ā! Both the master and disciple are clear as deities! In the heart, on the seat of the sun and moon, vaṃ! The life mantra has the color of five lights! With the rays of light circling to the left! Gather the blessings of the dakinis of the three places! By dissolving into both the master and disciple!
