The pith instructions of Chö, the single essential. The pith instructions of Chö, the single essential. Phaṭ! In the pure realm of Akanishta, the ultimate meaning, the Lama, complete with body and wisdom, the essence of the indestructible, the body of the thigle, appears as the treasure of ripening liberation, empowerment, and instructions. Phaṭ! I pray to the glorious one, the embodiment of the four kayas. With intense devotion and longing, inspire my heart stream. May the mind and mental events, weary in the eggshell of ignorance, revel in the vast expanse of primordial purity. Reciting this, may the awareness of oneself and others blend with the non-conceptual wisdom of the Lama's heart, awakening in the vast expanse of the three kayas, and gaining the great confidence of unwavering great bliss. With the first Phaṭ, blend; with the second Phaṭ, purify obscurations; with the third Phaṭ, complete the four empowerments, and gain the great confidence of the three kayas. This blending of mind and heart is the supreme method for dispelling illness, harm, adverse conditions, and obstacles. This alone is the key to the arising of all common and supreme accomplishments. Then, raising awareness into the expanse, opening the sky: One's own body, large, majestic, the central channel's hollow, Life force, longevity, merit, awareness unified, The essence of the thigle, shot like a great arrow, In the expanse of wisdom, establishing the mudra of skillful means. At the time of reciting these words, one's own body, large, stout, oily, and exceedingly majestic, in the center, the central channel, empty and clear, about the size of a medium arrow shaft, the upper end piercing the Brahma's aperture, the lower end blocked below the navel, in the area of the inner organs, the essence of all life force, longevity, and merit gathered together, the thigle with five colors, about the size of a sparrow's egg, clear, shimmering, oily, and round, visualize it shooting like a great arrow into the sky above, without obstruction. With the first Phaṭ, raise; with the second, establish from the expanse; with the third, visualize transforming into the form of Machig Labdrön, the black wrathful one. Phaṭ! Phaṭ! Phaṭ! The spontaneously accomplished three kayas, the black wrathful one's form, two hands holding a knife and skull cup, three eyes gazing into the sky, two feet in a dancing posture, adorned with bone ornaments, flames blazing, a khatvanga staff leaning, a pig's face grunting on the crown of the head. Reciting Phaṭ, recognize the self-nature of the spontaneously accomplished three kayas, the right hand holding a curved knife, cutting off the skull of karma, the spontaneously accomplished skull cup descends, within it, the physical body dissolves into an ocean of nectar, bubbles flowing outwards, transforming into a vast field
