Followers of the Yoga Tantra act according to its system. If you do so, there is no fasting. Visualizing oneself as a deity, offering brings merit, and despising brings sin.' and so on. However, it is not for the sake of physical suffering, but to practice the pure ritual spoken by the Thus-Gone One, so it should be practiced. Jetsun said that with this thought, even yogis of the higher three tantra classes can practice it. Tibetan fasters visualize themselves as the eleven-faced Great Compassionate One, complete with four limbs. In front, on the mandala, they draw an eight-petaled lotus with colored powder, and arrange a vase and three tormas. In the center of the mandala, they visualize the eleven-faced one, and in the four directions, Akshobhya (不动佛), Ratnasambhava (宝生佛), Amoghasiddhi (不空成就佛), all complete with four limbs. They think that a stream of nectar descends from the hands of the self-generation deity and the front-generation deity, filling the vase, and recite mantras. At the end, they merge the wisdom deity of the self-generation deity into the front-generation deity and recite many praises. First, they bathe the front-generation deity with the water from the vase, and then bathe themselves. Although this does not seem to be the meaning of the previous four texts, many have attained siddhis by relying on this method, so it seems to be a lineage instruction or based on another text by the Bhikshuni Palmo. As the sutras and Indian sacred texts say, confess sins, practice meditation, recitation, torma, and praise. I explain according to the texts of the Lord of the World. May all the pure collections of virtue, like a garland of Kunda flowers, and whatever white virtues are obtained, may all beings who have fallen into the ocean of existence attain the state of the all-knowing Dharma King. This is the method of practicing the four texts of the Great Compassionate One composed by the Bhikshuni Palmo, which is in accordance with the path of the four tantra classes. Knowing the meaning of the four texts as they are, the wise Dharma King Kunga Sangpo and his sons, who have no fear in all knowable realms, based on their teachings, Jya Kham Pa Sonam Senge composed it in Lingka Dewachen.
