向无边光明者顶礼！供养，皈依！ 祈请劝请千佛转法轮的大梵天顶礼！ 守护千佛的障碍，摄集秘密宝藏的金刚手顶礼！ 三千大千世界，与百亿俱胝数的娑婆世界中，所有千佛及二佛与眷属众顶礼！ 以及彼等为首，十方三世中已逝及现住之诸佛与菩萨众顶礼！供养，皈依！ 请以大悲心恒时摄受，以已逝之名为主的，如母有情，其量等同虚空边际的一切众生。 以慈悲摄受之后，祈请赐予无上恩德，令所有如母有情无余，迅速获得圆满三身之佛果。 此乃为使喜自在母等众多有情获得解脱道，名为果化法界者，如菩萨月藏经中所说而书写，善哉！ 贤劫千佛名号，救脱恶趣怖畏。
