思维以善妙之供养及一切供品献于诸佛与上师，随念复诵此（文）：从今乃至……等。如是，愿将如是获得灌顶之善妙功德，回向于遍布虚空之一切众生。以我此福德……等，以及伟大中之至伟大……等偈颂，并散花以作庄严。如是，为末世众生之怙主，化身大伏藏师仁波切，持明金刚密语洲（仁增桑阿林巴）之伏藏法，救度母救脱一切怖畏之长寿灌顶，名为无死妙道之略摄连缀文，亦名无死妙道行履之善妙车乘。乃由彼尊之法脉持有者，身着白衣发髻之喇嘛光明力（喇嘛萨托）劝请，以不退转之心，由咒相无义颠倒者（指作者自谦）书写。忏悔一切三根本之罪业，并将所有善根，回向此甚深妙法之教法于十方弘扬，以及一切众生从非时死中解脱，而证得寿命持明之果位。善哉！善哉！善哉！ 救度母救脱一切怖畏之长寿灌顶连缀。

Thinking of offering the virtuous assembly and all offerings to the deities and lamas, repeat after this: From today onwards, etc. Thus, may you generate the aspiration to dedicate all the virtuous things obtained from such empowerment to all sentient beings pervading the sky. With this merit...etc., and the verses such as the greatest of the great...etc., and scatter flowers to adorn the end. Thus, for the protector of beings in the degenerate age, the incarnate great treasure revealer Rinpoche, the treasure revealed by Rigdzin Sang-ngak Lingpa, the long life empowerment of Tara Who Saves from All Fears, called the Excellent Path of Immortality, a brief compilation, also called the Excellent Chariot for Traversing the Excellent Path of Immortality. This was written by the mantra form, meaningless and upside-down one (referring to the author's self-deprecation), at the urging of Lama Sal Top, a white-robed, top-knotted holder of that master's lineage, with an irreversible mind. I confess all the sins of the three roots, and dedicate whatever virtue there is to the flourishing of the teachings of this profound Dharma in the ten directions, and to all beings being liberated from untimely death and attaining the state of longevity vidyadhara. Good! Good! Good! The compilation of the long life empowerment of Tara Who Saves from All Fears.
