With the seven characteristics, may all enemies, demons, and obstacles be utterly destroyed into dust! Thus, offer the remnant torma. When actually throwing, perform the summoning and repelling, setting the target as the mark. Hūṃ Hūṃ! I am the lord of all wrathful kings, I am the master of all secrets, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, all beings are under my control, all arrogant ones are my servants. Emanation upon emanation, hosts of messengers, spread like dust in countless realms. Those who are malicious and possess hatred, even if they are gods, will be destroyed. Of the worlds that have passed and have not passed, all arrogant male and female lineages, each gather their own messenger armies, and today descend upon the enemies and obstacles. Expel! Urge on! Hosts of arrogant ones! Increase fierce power and might, and armies. With fire, water, earth, wind, stones, vajras, weapons, blood arrows, mustard seeds, sky vajras, hail, blizzards, whirlwinds, etc., for those who possess the mind of harming and injuring, all enemies and obstacles who have become fields, may their bodies be shattered like dust. Lead the consciousness out from the path of Brahmā, transfer the awareness to the unborn realm. The time has come for the manifestation of annihilation and liberation in the dharmadhātu, increase power! Recite: Ra Ba Tum Ri Li Li! Thus recite. Then, the Vajra Master presses down with the heel and returns. Visualize that oneself and all others to be protected are contained within the Vajra Tent, practice the protection wheel. After the root mantra, add the reversal phrase, and Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! Dū Pra Ma Ra Ya Ra Nen Nen! etc., seven or twenty-one times. Offer the Dharma Protector Torma at the door, dance and sing the victory song. After entering, perform the summoning of life, and receive the four empowerments from the accomplishment Torma visualized as the deity. Perform thanksgiving, praise, and confession. Request the wisdom beings who have ascended into the sky to return, or firmly establish them on the supports such as painted images. Gather the samaya beings back into oneself, and perform the daily practices, dedication, aspirations, and auspicious words in order. Here it is said: Without being moistened by the altruistic bodhicitta, performing evil wrathful mantras for oneself is the cause of falling into the lower realms. If it is said that it is an ordinary and uncommon action among unwholesome actions, then thinking that this is a wrathful action is extremely laughable.

以无有贪执的真诚之心， 以摧毁所度化者的业惑因果之智， 以猛烈的行为救度一切众生后， 成为圆满资粮令诸佛欢喜之道。 以慈悲无有偏颇的瑜伽士， 以方便成办难以调伏的众生之事， 息灭、解脱、现行之事业， 引导胜者从口中赐予赞颂。 以聪慧的青年天子寻求意义， 此救度行为之金刚兵器轮， 从教言宝藏长寿自在的殿堂中， 取出后置于善说双运之顶端。 以此撰著之善，令教法与众生之善妙积聚， 中断造作的邪引天魔军队， 于法界虚空中无余消灭后， 令护持教法之天神眷属获胜！ 如是，从化身大伏藏师度众生龙智洲之甚深伏藏海生金刚意之秘密宝藏法类中出现。 此为金刚手忿怒尊之意修之下业，名为猛烈救度行为忿怒尊威力聚集。此乃大伏藏法王之种姓后裔喇嘛仁波切以教言、神示等赐予，顶戴后，对甚深之法稍有信心的化身名号者果智光明普照慧海，从诸多教言伏藏中汇集后整理成文。书写者为身着白衣者金刚吉祥持。如有错谬之处，向三根本忏悔，以此善根，令教法与众生的一切衰败无余摧毁，令密咒金刚乘之光明于一切方兴盛！吉祥！吉祥！吉祥！ 金刚手金刚忿怒尊之救度猛烈事业。

With sincere intention free from attachment, With the wisdom to destroy the karmic afflictions and causes of those to be liberated, Having liberated all beings through fierce actions, May it become the path of perfecting accumulations, delighting the Buddhas. With the compassion of a yogi without bias, Accomplishing the welfare of beings difficult to tame through skillful means, The activities of pacifying, liberating, and manifest conduct, The guide supreme bestowed with praise from his mouth. With the intelligence of a youthful celestial son seeking meaning, This vajra weapon wheel of liberating actions, From the treasure chamber of the immortal empowerment of teachings and treasures, Having taken it, it is placed at the pinnacle of the two-fold union of good speech. By the virtue of this composition, may the accumulation of goodness for the teachings and beings, The obstructing and creating hosts of heretical demons, Having been utterly annihilated in the expanse of the Dharmadhatu, May the protectors of the teachings, along with their divine retinue, be victorious! Thus, it arose from the Dharma category of the secret treasury of the mind of the Lotus-Born, the profound treasure of the great incarnate treasure revealer, Dro-dul Lungrik Lingpa. This is the lower activity of fierce liberation from the mind practice of Vajrapani Tummo, called "Fierce Wrathful One, Gathering of Power." This was bestowed with teachings and divine signs by the lineage descendant of the great treasure king, the precious Lama, and having placed it on my head, I, the incarnate named Gota Tulku Choying Kunsel Lodro Gyatso, with some faith in this profound Dharma, gathered it from many teachings and treasures and arranged it into a compilation. The one who puts it into writing is the white-clad Vajra Palden. Whatever faults or transgressions there may be, I confess to the three roots, and with this virtue, may all the decline of the teachings and beings be utterly destroyed without remainder, and may the light of the secret mantra Vajrayana spread in all directions!
