That's all. That is the great conduct. As the tantra says: The number of conducts is summarized as seven. And, conduct is the self-mastery of asceticism. Also, as stated in the "Union of Sun and Moon": With the conduct like a bee, taste the flavors of all dharmas; with the conduct like a wild animal, abandon the places that cause delusion; with the conduct like a mute person, completely abandon deluded speech; with the conduct like an owl, cut off doubts about secret methods; with the conduct like a madman, abandon places of solitary dwelling; with the conduct like a lion, abandon the mind of fear and wander in charnel grounds; with the conduct like a dog and pig, abandon the discrimination of clean and unclean. Thus it is said. The Yoga of Fruit. Fourth, regarding the yoga of fruit, obtaining a firm ground and not reverting is the nature of the fruit, and the base itself matures through the path, hence it is called fruit. If classified, there are two types: the temporary fruit is what matures commonly during the path stage. The ultimate fruit is when all actions of body, speech, and mind, as well as habitual tendencies and obscurations, are naturally arising and naturally liberated like a snake's knot, which is called the pure and spontaneously accomplished fruit. The way to practice it is to place awareness on whatever appears and arises, so that familiarity becomes space, and the way appearances of emptiness and luminosity arise is free from acceptance and rejection, hope and fear, and its nature becomes a song, thereby quickly gaining stability. As the tantra says: What is called fruit is obtaining a firm ground, like a king obtaining his throne, unchangeable and irreversible. And, maturation is called fruit. And, if fruit is classified, it is categorized into two, namely temporary and ultimate. And, the way the fruit matures is shown as: it is not destroyed by conditions and does not revert. Also, as stated in the "Mirror of the Heart of Vajrasattva": Know that all the dharmas of the fruit are irreversible from the three kayas. And so on, it is said. The Yoga of Sessions. Second, the continuous yoga related to that is, as the tantra says: In order to put virtuous practice on the scale, one should train in the yoga of four sessions. As it is said, make the four sessions dawn, morning, afternoon, and night, and those with leisure should start from

Dividing the night into three parts, in the first part, practice Guru Yoga and pray. In the middle part, practice "Trekchö". In the last part, practice bliss-emptiness and Tummo. The early morning session is divided into three parts, the first part from dawn to sunrise, do recitations and reading, etc. Then until noon, practice Tögal. At noon, do circumambulation and take a short rest. The evening session is divided into two parts, the first part in the afternoon, still abide in Tögal, and in the evening, perform Torma offerings and Dharma practice, practice wind control. The twilight session is divided into three parts, the first part meditate on death and impermanence. The middle part practice generation stage and recitation. In the midnight session, merge sleep into luminosity. Alternatively, for a person without elaborations, practice Tögal in the early and late morning sessions of the day. That is, practice in the two periods of morning and afternoon, and practice continuous practice during the day. In the two sessions of the night, sit in a squatting posture, cover the eyes with fingertips, and gently press without weight. Focus the consciousness on the five-colored light spots that appear in the sky directly in front of the eyebrows, which are as bright as peacock feathers, and practice as much as possible. At the end of the twilight session, gather the key points of the senses in the posture of a sage: At the navel, on top of the four-petaled lotus, visualize a short red "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none), feel its heat and let the fire burn, striking the "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head from the central channel, and nectar drips from the bindu. Use fire as fuel to make it burn fiercely. Burn karma and habitual tendencies. When the red and white bodhicitta of skillful means and wisdom meet, and bliss increases, abide in the state of bliss-emptiness. In the midnight, gather consciousness into a vase in the posture of an elephant: In the heart, visualize a clear and shining white "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: none), and at the Brahma hole, visualize a clear white "A". Between these two, from the path of the central channel, visualize small white "A"s connected like a string of beads, each one dissolving into the "A" in the heart. Because of this, visualize white light filling and illuminating all the channels and the inside of the body, this is the method of merging sleep into the sphere of luminosity, which is the key point of self-liberation without abandoning ignorance. At dawn, immediately take three long breaths of "Ha". Manifest awareness in the posture of a lion: In the sky about an arrow's distance in front of the crown of the head, a second white "A" separates from the "A" in the heart and exists clearly and brightly. By focusing the mind on this, the non-duality of clarity and emptiness, the primordial state of original purity naturally arises and is recognized. Thus
