The key is to relax and lower the perspective. Relax the mind and let it rest in its natural state. When looking, practice calm abiding and insight separately. Sometimes, when the sky is clear and cloudless, turn your back to the sun and narrow your gaze to look at the expanse of the sky. For example, the outer sky opens the door to emptiness and clarity, so that the inner sky of awareness is completely purified. In the secret, luminous essence of the sky, the nature of reality, which transcends all boundaries and centers, appears in an instant. When you become a little accustomed to and stable in practice, mix it with all activities and various circumstances. In this way, everything appears as a play of reality. Transcending the calculations of separation, hope and fear, one is liberated into the state of original purity where all phenomena are exhausted. At that time, without abandoning conceptual thoughts, they are liberated from the ground up, so there is no effort to liberate again. Whatever arises is self-liberated, so there is no antidote to memory. The six objects are self-liberated in naked seeing, so awareness is free from grasping before and after. Knowing that good and bad are completely liberated, one gains the confidence to exhaust partiality and acceptance and rejection. As it says in Striking the Vital Point: Self-awareness is free from all conceptual thoughts, and is endowed with four great modes of liberation. Liberated from the beginning, so there is no basis for repetition. Naturally liberated, so there is no antidote. Liberated by staring, so it disappears in the place of seeing. Completely liberated, so there is no effort. So it is. Thus, the awareness or conceptual thought that is called liberation does not go anywhere other than being labeled. It does not come from anywhere either. It transcends causes, conditions, and objects. Like a reflection in a clear, empty mirror, no matter how it appears, it does not harm the ground, and it is free from the grip of bias and grasping. Whatever arises is unattached, rootless awareness, abiding in its own place, self-arising, so it is self-liberated. It abides without certainty, so it is liberated without grasping. It abides as primordially liberated, so it is liberated without a basis. It abides in the moment, so it is liberated by being struck. It abides in the arising moment, so it is liberated into appearance and emptiness, and thus, in the great equality of appearance and liberation without distinction, without meditation, the original state of original purity will be manifested and liberated. Furthermore, it says in Striking the Vital Point: What is called the liberation of one's own mind is not going from one place to another. The mind that no one can liberate is complete from the ground up, so there is no coming and going. It cannot be found by examination, and there is no interruption. Because it is free from the ground, it abides in emptiness and clarity. In the nature of mind that abides in self-illumination

Liberation through the key point, therefore there is no bias. Liberation through timing, therefore there is no dependence. Liberation without effort, therefore there is no diligence. Thus it was said. With that, the instructions for practicing the profound meaning of Kadak Trekchö are completed.
