Or, visualize like a snake, immediately after dying, entering one after another, completely gathering into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable in the heart, and relax. Thus, uniting the wind, mind, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) into one, by practicing going out and returning, as a sign of mastering the path, the body will naturally collapse and fall asleep. The noise of thoughts subsides, awareness naturally arises, and one feels liberated. Having obtained the merit of extremely taming the mind, one will be able to transform the object of focus at will. Entering the Path. Fourth, the method of entering the path is: By reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), visualize your body, wind, and mind as completely integrated into a space filled with blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables, enter the path like a demoness walking, and at the turning points, make the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), turning back and forth, reaching a mountain or place within sight, and resting on a suitable object in the distance. Then, like a demoness walking, return, focusing on returning to your own place and resting. Similarly, like a guest going on business, go to cities, villages, continents, and other continents, to places unseen and familiar or unfamiliar, and maintain the intention to return. Alternately, sometimes curving, sometimes straight, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, move back and forth. According to the speed of entering the path and the length, slowness, and quickness of reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), practice repeatedly, thereby purifying the habitual tendencies towards places. Again, reciting "Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)", visualize shooting like an arrow to the pure lands, thereby establishing the auspicious connection to become familiar with the pure lands. When mastered, ordinary thoughts naturally relax, and one will feel ease and comfort. Thus, the three doors enter the correct path, and one will experience the state of bliss, clarity, and non-thought. By taming speech in this way, thoughts naturally cease, and in general, the obscurations of speech are purified. Hearing only the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllables, obstacles are pacified. In particular, when the attachment to speech disappears, one will not fall into samsara. Ultimately, one is liberated inseparably into the Sambhogakaya. Speech is purified into Vajra speech, thereby attaining Nirvana. Taming the Mind. Examining the Place of Origin and the Ariser. Third, the method of taming the mind is: From the Prasangika (Madhyamaka) school: The mind

It is the place of origin, the place of dwelling in the middle, and the place of going in the end. If you examine and analyze these three in this way, you can tame your mind and understand the nature of mind. Thus, examining the three aspects of arising, dwelling, and ceasing, first examine the place of arising and the one who arises: The so-called mind, wandering in samsara and experiencing suffering; this bright and aware one who experiences happiness after becoming a Buddha, where did it originally come from? Did later arising objects, such as mountains, rocks, houses, or the causes and conditions of the environment and beings, or parents, arise from somewhere? If you think like this, break them down into atoms one by one, search and examine them, you will not find them. It did not arise from any external environment. Did it arise from within one's own body? If you think like this, dissect the upper, lower, inner, outer, and middle parts of the body, you will not find it, so it did not arise from there either. Likewise, it did not arise from the aspect of existence appearing as an object, no matter how you search, you will not find its target. It did not arise from the aspect of non-existence and emptiness, so the place of arising and the one who arises are not established. Mind does not arise from mind, the place of arising and the one who arises are not established. What is the nature of the place of arising and the mind of the one who arises, examine it in reverse. By examining the mind of the seeker, all the apprehended and the apprehender that appear as the place of arising and the one who arises, the object to be sought and the seeker, cannot find an essence to identify, therefore there is no cause, no place, no support. In a state free from all speech, thought, expression, and acceptance, there is a sudden clarity, which is a sign of maturation in the body. Recognizing the nature of mind that is free from identification, the essence is the empty Dharmakaya, unborn and undying, that is recognition and certainty.
