After alternating, if you also feel tired and rest here, say "Ha", and your own awareness rises into the sky. Let the body fall wherever it may, like a corpse in a charnel ground. Maintain the state of self-nature without memory or thought for a long time. Regarding this, the three upward points of the vajra in both sitting postures represent the essence, nature, and compassion, and the three downward points represent the three bodies. The union of the waist symbolizes the essence of primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment, representing the path. By training the body in this way, the mind becomes clear, distinguishing between essence and dross. In general, it purifies the sins and obscurations of the body. Seeing the body as a burning vajra fire pacifies the obstacles of demons and hindrances. In particular, it reverses the attachment to the body in samsara, so that one will not fall into samsara and the lower realms in the future, and ultimately be liberated without difference from the nirmanakaya. The body matures into a vajra body, and thus enters into nirvana. Training the speech. Blessing. iv8 Blessing the outer appearance. The second is the training of speech. From the Compendium Sutra: "Speech abides in (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), blessing and diligent practice, entering the path with gentle seeking, thus speech practice benefits the mind." Therefore, there are four: blessing, diligent practice, gentle seeking, and entering the path. The first also has two aspects, inner and outer. The first is the blessing of the outer appearance: In a quiet place, sit in the lotus position, and visualize a blue (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart. Recite (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the mouth, with a pleasant and long sound. At the same time, countless (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) arise continuously from the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) fill the outer houses, dwellings, cities, countries, worlds, and even the unimaginable space like sparks. Visualize all stable and moving appearances dissolving into (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). The three, wind, appearance, and consciousness, merge into one with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). The teeth and lips barely touch, and the sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) during recitation sounds like the buzzing of bees. By practicing repeatedly and without distraction, all appearances become a sign of the blessing of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and all appearances become blurred, appearing as the self-nature of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). This will liberate the outer appearances from selflessness. Blessing the inner aggregates. The second is the blessing of the inner aggregates: As before, recite the long (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), causing all the outer (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) to one after another

Arising successively in order. All enter internally through the gates of the senses. The entire inside of the body is filled, visualizing that flesh, blood, and internal organs are purified without distinction, and by restraining the breath, the body is augmented by the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). As a sign of this, the inside of the body is filled with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), burning like fire, and one feels discomfort. Through this, the elements of the body are purified, and the obstructive body is liberated into an uncontaminated body.
