It is not fixed, it is like the sky. Because the center is nothing, I cannot speak of it. Know that, for the essence of ordinary awareness, because it is free from the meditation of what is to be meditated on and what meditates, non-meditation is the supreme meditation. Realizing the emptiness of the essence of the naturally pure mind is the Dharmakaya. This can be understood through the examples of the waxing moon, the lion cub, and the young child. Experience it by leaving it uncorrected, and repeatedly gain certainty about the meaning of the experience. Do not regard long-lasting and unchanging as virtues, it will become a binding meditation. The essence of self-nature is the uncorrected mind, and experiencing and realizing this meaning is to be free from birth and death, to be in all times, to be continuous, to be unchanging, and to pervade all places. If you experience and realize these meanings, you have seen the ultimate truth, and then you will not have to ask anyone. Thus it is said. Furthermore, do not practice with aim and effort at first, do not abide in the middle, and do not separate from experience and realization at the end. Always maintain mindfulness, and do not separate from continuous samadhi. Through the door of not separating from the co-emergent experience, subdue the body and mind without outflows, and thereby obtain the merit of practice. Do not separate from the two aspects of Bodhicitta aroused by loving-kindness and compassion. Instructions to the Fortunate Jomo Instructions from Chosje Rinpoche to the Fortunate Jomo. Homage to the Lamas! As a fortunate person with faith, fearing death, wanting to practice the Dharma properly, in a secluded place, sit in the lotus position on a comfortable cushion, relax your breath, straighten your body, lower your eyes to the tip of your nose, touch your tongue to the palate, and make the gesture of meditation with your hands. Meditate on loving-kindness and Bodhicitta, thinking that for the sake of all sentient beings, mothers of the six realms, I want to meditate on the meaning of non-arising. Visualize yourself as the deity, like an illusion. This nature of your own mind, initially without birth, without abiding in the middle, and without ceasing at the end, without being formed into objects and colors. If you meditate on it, there is also no birth, abiding, cessation, objects, and colors. Because the mind is not formed into any color or object, it is not formed. Empty, clear, bright, open, distinct, radiant, comfortable, without... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Through practice, luminous clarity arises in the mind, warmth blazes in the body, and signs naturally dissolve. There is no difference between meditative equipoise and post-meditation, like snow falling on water, or like meeting an old friend. The experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arises. One does not perceive the breath flowing in and out, does not regard discursive thoughts as faults, and is not swayed by dullness or agitation. Practice briefly and frequently. Unconsciously, day and night, luminosity dawns. By practicing in this way, ultimately, for one's own benefit, the Dharmakaya (chos sku) arises; for the benefit of others, the two Rupakayas (gzugs sku) arise. If one practices this, one will attain Siddhi (dngos grub). This is the Path with its Fruit (lam 'bras) and its results. May all sentient beings of the six realms, without exception, swiftly attain the Mahamudra (phyag rgya chen po)! This is the instruction of the Hermit Palgyi Dom Bupa (ri khrod dpal gyi ldom bu ba) to the fortunate Yogini (skal ldan jo mo). Practicing in secret, the Dharmakaya will arise. Vajradhara (rdo rje 'chang), Tilopa (tai lo pa), Naropa (nA ro pa), Marpa Chokyi Lodro (mar pa chos kyi blo gros), Milarepa Shepa Dorje (mi la bzhad pa rdo rje), Nyigom Sonam Rinchen (snyi sgom bsod nams rin chen), Shogom Jangchub Yeshe (sho sgom byang chub ye shes), Jodan Lekme (jo gdan legs mdzes). This was requested by the master Lhagom (lha sgom). This was composed by the nephew of the venerable one, the previous Dharma King, Sonam Lhundrup Dral Od Gyaltsen Palsangpo (bsod nams lhun grub zla 'od rgyal mtshan dpal bzang pos), at Mount Shanti (ri bo shan tir), to propagate the teachings of the Kagyu lineage (bka' brgyud). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
